Despite being happy he also felt disheartened that she was the one who acquired the sword and felt a little sense of defeat. But wait. Wasn't it the feeling he always yearned for. A competition? After realizing it he smiled. The eagerness to train Madel was reignited in him. Now not out of pity of concern but with longing to compete against her or with her. Whenever he felt like Madel could not do it because of her limitations, she always surprises him. That is why, his level of trust for the young lady was very deep.

The next morning, he placed the sword in his storage ring and brought it over to give it to Madel. He handed it to her when they were eating lunch together with Cheska and Helen. He did not want to have a cheesy moments with her alone with all the drama and surprise.

It was Madel's way of showing him how she defeated the shadows. He understood that there are things that she could not tell.

Meanwhile on a grand manor in the northwestern villa, sounds of a porcelain can be heard breaking.

”Stupid! are you telling me that you are unable to kill 5 puny students?” The man wearing a green robe exclaimed.

”My lord,... we... its.” one of the shadows stuttered.

The man in green robe tightened his wrist and slammed it to the table. Again a wave of powerful aura exploded in the manor. If it wasn't with the help concealing formation, everyone in the city might have felt the dark aura.

”It's the prince my Lord..” the shadows said as they trembled.

The dark aura retreated and and the green robed man took a deep breath. He had a solemn look on his face.

”How dare he interfere with our business?”
