34 Where is Mommy? (1/2)
Ria washed the two glasses and turned around to find a man standing on the entrance of the bathroom while crossing his hands. She thought, 'When did he come?' He walked in towards her, she instinctively took a step back. Ren smirked looking at her reaction.
She was the same girl who gave him her whole attention without even blinking, who would give him a kiss more than she talks, who would tell him 'love u' frequently, who would give him anything he asked. He missed her so badly, Ren asked in a pleading tone, ”Can't we go back to how we used to be?”
Ria was stunned, she never expected this. Him to ask her in this kind of tone! He does it very very rare! Ria didn't say anything. Ren walked to her, picked the glasses from her hand and placed it safely on the hand wash. Ren thought, 'Chances of my head bleeding, reduced'.
Ren pulled her towards him then said looking at her eyes, ”You are my life, Anna. You are my heartbeat, my goddess and the very reason for my existence. However I may scold you or shout at you, I will come back to you right? You are the only one I can come back to! Forgive me, Ria. Accept me.
You, Varun, Diya and me, we can be one whole family”. Tears escaped from Ria's eyes like a full dam was opened. She cupped his face, tiptoed and kissed his lips, a light one. She looked into his eyes while tears descended from hers. Ren leaned forward to her face, she moved her face back. She looked at him with atmost pain.
She hugged him tightly rubbing her face in his nape and then let go of him. She took the glasses and went outside the door. Ren was stupified by her actions. He didn't know how to react or how to take her actions as. He stood there for few minutes, then rushed of the bathroom.
He couldn't find her in the lounge, Varun and Diya was still there in the bed. Ren asked them, ”Where is Mommy?” Both of them looked up and Varun said, ”Mama walked out of the room.” Ren opened his mouth to ask, 'Did she cry?' but he swallowed the words. Then he rushed out of the room.

When Ria came out, she saw her kids doing their work. She immediately rushed towards the door as she was crying. She entered one of the conference room locked the room and cried out while holding her mouth with hands. She wanted to accept him so desperately.
Ria mumbled, ”I want to be with you Ren, again. But this is not the time, yet. I'm afraid, terribly afraid. If I let you in again, you may leave me again. You are only coming back to me, because I have your kids. I can't play this love-hate game again. I seriously Can't!”
This was her first time hearing these kind of words from his mouth after all. After 10 minutes, she picked up the landline in the conference room and pressed a random number. Someone picked up the call, ”Hello sir, What can we do for you?” Ria asked in a hoarse voice, ”Can you connect my line to Miss Peggy?”
Then woman on the other end, looked at the number once again. It was from one of the conference rooms then she thought for few seconds and she said, ”Can you hold on for a minute mam?” Ria replied, ”Okay”.
