18 Chapter 16 Dawn of Moonligh (1/2)

The currently surrounded group of E.I.M.D members are currently trying their best to buy

some time until Hideo shows up.

The dust of battle has surrounded the whole front entrance of the E.I.M.D building and sounds of magic spells being casted can also be heard both at the same time.

”We won't let you through!

Kanade who has just finished her chanting for a spell screamed out with her eyes now glowing full of killing intent.

A loud sound of the said spell roared through the heavens as if it was a deity that casted it...

The sound of the spell hitting some the enemies was soon heard along with the said hit enemies getting knocked out.

The other enemies that she didn't hit didn't back down but instead started to charge at her with weapons like a katana, a long sword, and other kinds of swords in their hands.

With a evil looking smug smile on her face, the silver-haired girl Yui was looking at the enemies as if they were just mere garbage on the streets with her glowing blue-colored eyes.

”Dawn of moonlight!”

The silver-haired screamed with a magic circle appearing beneath the feet of a large group of enemies and with the afternoon sky being covered with clouds...

The whole group was wiped out in an instant with their bodies frozen in place from the spells effects along with their eyes now blinded by the said spell.

A sound of various other complex spells was also heard from Yui hitting even more of the opposition.

”Gyaaaaaaaaah!”

The screams of enemies being hit by those complex spells were heard shortly after.

Kuro who has now teleported with Hideo to where the other girls are is now has also started to use her magic.

”I need you girls to help buy me some more time! I already called the higher ups about this! We just need to buy some time for the reinforcements!”

Hideo exclaimed with multiple numbers of talismans now in his hands, with some of them already thrown towards a small group of enemies causing them to get binded and not able to move or do anything.

”Got it!”

All eight girls replied continuing to cast even more spells causing huge magic circles to appeararound the enemies.

Sounds of thunder could be heard from the sky along with bolts of thunder descending because of Kuro using thunder-based spells.

Long white bolts of lightning could be seen shortly after and hitting her oponents causing them to get knocked out from the high voltage of the lightning.

They were at an advantage in terms of combat until...

A hooded figure jumped in front of them wearing a black cloak with a sailor uniform that cam be seen through the gap in the middle of the cloak.

'Looks like the real trouble has begun...' Akagi thought this seeing the figure jump forward and land in front of them.

Yui sees this and her killer-looking eyes changed it's colors from blue to red.

The hooded figure started to speak, in a manner that looks like it's speaking to someone from far away using a spell.

”Are you sure that she's Tamamo no Mae's descendant?”

With a second of silence coming from her, a voice on the other said of the conversation told her that it is indeed her.

The hooded figure took of it's cloak exposing her white curly hair and red-colored eyes.

She started to laugh like a psychopath...

”So you're the one that keeps on getting in the way of our plans-”

”Die.”

Yui didn't even bother letting the white-haired girl finished her sentence, she just started throwing talismans that quickly turned into blue colored flames.

”Nope, Not so fast.”

The white-haired girl just jumps upwards avoiding the incoming projectiles that Yui had thrown towards her.

The said flames hit the enemies that were behind her instead after she jumped.

A whole large group of enemies got burnt and knocked unconcious because of her attack...

The white-haired oponent lands on her two feet and disappears for a moment.

'Whoosh!'

The sound of her teleporting was heard behind Kuro, in reponse to this she teleports a few feet away.

This just puts a grin on her oponent face. ”Well, that's amusing... You managed to back away from me before I got to hit you.”

Kuro's red eyes started to glow in annoyance to the white-haired girl's comment.

”I'm not a human, after all. This is normal.”

A cocky smile soon emerged on her face right after she said her comeback.

”hahahahaha!”

The white-haired girl let out a sarcastic laugh as if she was trying to anger Kuro who was now in a battle stance with a talisman on her left hand.

At the same time, Yui who was inches away from them thought: 'She's starting to make me mad... Should I just knock her out?' As she heard the white-haired laugh in a sarcastic way.

Seeing Yui's face, the thought: 'There's that look on her face again...' went through Akagi's mind.

Kuro decides to make the first move by throwing a talisman straight at the girl...

Unfortunately this doesn't work, the girl manages to quickly dodge resulting in more enemies behind her being hit instead.

”?!”

Kuro was caught of guard by this causing her red ruby-like eyes to widen.

'What the hell?! How... That should've hit her...'

Yui who had enough of the white-haired girl's nonsense just starts making multiple magic circles appear...

The sounds of chains were heard shortly after, causing the white-haired girl to get tied up by the said chains in a fast pace.

Seeing what had just happened to her oponent, Kuro was frozen in place because of how fast Yui's magic had activated and wrapped around her target.

”W-What the hell just happened... I didn't even hear her chanting for the spell..”

”The sound of your voice annoys me, I'll do you a favor by knocking you out with these chains.” Yui's voice echoed throughout the streets near their location, the chains started to produce once again...

The chains began to tighteb around the white-haired girl.
