The slaughter amongst the zombies soon ended. The final winner wasn’t the middle-aged female zombie, but a slim, weak-looking male zombie.

It looked like advantages in one’s physical body were useless after turning into a zombie. The female zombie was the brutal type but after being attacked by a few zombies at the same time, she soon lost her stamina. Although she never meant to back off, she didn’t have enough strength to attack. The male zombie, on the other hand, was unremarkable as he didn’t couldn’t even touch the female zombie. However, he lived to the end due to his agile movements.

More than ten dead zombies laid by his feet and he wasn’t modest with it as he began to gnaw on them.

Although the process looked disgusting, Ling Mo forced himself to concentrate on the zombie’s movements as he wanted to know how they evolved.

There wasn’t anything special; he drank and ate the other zombies’ flesh just like other zombies. But when he bit off the head of that female zombie, he suddenly rolled on the ground crazily.

“What the hell is happening?”

The lighting was dim at night and he was from the scene, but his spiritual power was strong enough to hear the noises from a rather far distance. His vision was also better, but it was unrealistic for him to see all the male zombie’s movements clearly from such distance.

Luckily, the zombie returned to normal soon but after he stood back up, he had no interest in other dead bodies anymore.

Is it full? Ling Mo studied the zombie curiously. He wanted Xia Na and Ye Lian to catch the zombie and study it, but the zombie suddenly dashed towards a certain direction.

It was illogical. Unless prey appeared, which zombie would leisurely have a jog under the moonlight?

Ling Mo immediately followed the zombie. Even though it was hard to see, he could faintly see some dark shadows…

“So they attracted other zombies over.” Ling Mo immediately laughed coldly.

The night belonged to the zombies. In a big ghost city like this, perhaps this happened in numerous other places at the same time. The evolution of zombies was definitely not as simple as what he could see.

The slaughter exploded in the corner of the square. Although he couldn’t see it from this distance, he luckily had two mutated zombies next to him.

Considering that Xia Na was still unstable, Ling Mo controlled Ye Lian, making her leave the room and locking the door before sprinting to the scene.

Under the moonlight, Ye Lian’s agile body was like an eerie black shadow that flitted across the entire square rapidly. Then, she stopped under the roof of a shop and watched the battle silently.

It was the furthest Ling Mo could control her to go. However, Ye Lian’s vision wasn’t affected by lights and he could clearly see what was happening there.

The male zombie from before was on a rampage. All the zombies that appeared in front of him were put down and he didn’t eat the body of the zombies, but targeted their brain. Or more accurately, the hindbrain…
