Through Ye Lian’s vision, Ling Mo frowned as he watched it happen. There was a nidus in the hindbrain of normal zombies as well, which meant that gel parts existed. It was only because Ye Lian wasn’t interested in normal zombies’ gel parts as a mutated zombie, but she needed the gel parts from other mutated zombies.

Ling Mo saw clearly that the male zombie didn’t only take out the gel part in their brains, but shoved the entire brain in his mouth.

Ling Mo immediately recalled the scene when he first found Ye Lian and all the dead bodies on the bus. He didn’t observe the environment clearly then but when he thought about it now, Ye Lian indeed dug out all the brains from the zombie instead of only taking the gel part out. A strange feeling aroused but Ling Mo soon shrugged it off.

So what if she ate human brains? He definitely wanted her! Not to mention that zombies weren’t exactly humans anymore…

After digging out the brains of these zombies, the male zombies seemed to be unsatisfied as he went back and ate the brains of the other zombies as well.

He had eaten too much even for a zombie. Perhaps his stomach would explode if he continued to eat.

But after he finished eating it, he lifted his head up and roared in a low voice. His voice was soft but Ling Mo was startled.

Would the zombie mutate? Although he was far from there, Ling Mo could see that the red glow in his eyes became brighter. When he roared, his skeleton seemed to be cracking. Although it was only a feeling, Ling Mo thought that he saw it! The zombie’s body relaxed and the bloodthirst in his eyes became even more blazing.

A mutated zombie! Although the male zombie was weaker than the other mutated zombies he saw, a mutated zombie was born right in front of his eyes!

Ling Mo immediately became excited. He knew that the smell of blood would attract other zombies over soon. He controlled Ye Lian to dash behind the zombie while it was still roaring and mutating!

They were both mutated zombies but the “newborn” was nothing compared to Ye Lian. He only noticed Ye Lian’s existence when she was about ten meters away through the special connection that the same kind had…

However, ten meters was nothing to Ye Lian. When the mutated zombie just turned around, Ye Lian already hit his neck roughly with her palm.

A zombie’s weakness was the same as a normal person’s weakness, except that nonfatal wounds wouldn’t be able to stop them from attacking. Ye Lian’s attack made the zombie roll his eyes as he immediately fainted.

It was probably the first zombie to get knocked out. Normal people fought zombies like it was a desperate struggle. No one would only knock them out after putting in so much effort. The battle between two zombies was a life or death battle. Even if the zombie was knocked out, the only thing waiting ahead would be death.

When the zombie was reborn into a mutated zombie, it became the first unlucky zombie who was knocked out by his same kind and he was now getting dragged on the floor.

Ye Lian’s slim body dragged a fully grown adult male zombie at ease. There were no zombies in the shop beneath their room and Ling Mo headed downstairs to open and lock the door for Ye Lian without any concerns

“Researching a zombie…”

Ling Mo rubbed his hands excitedly as he sat down in front of the zombie as soon as they returned to the room.
