63 The Bloody Enchanter Returns (1/2)

Traveling through the Beast Lands became a simple task after Draig had beaten two six legged Rhinos into submission, they didn't dare to disobey what the Vampire commanded as they called out pitifully. The lumps and bruises along their bodies a testament to their will to live as Draig used his claw to carve at one of their horns in his hands, it seemed to be taking to form of a short sword.

”Halt” stated Draig causing the poor beast to skid to a stop in fear of it's other horn being taken.

”What is it” asked Winter warily as she had come to know of the Feratu's senses over these past few days.

”Elves” stated Draig loud enough to be heard in the surroundings.

”Indeed he is the one worthy enough to be called teacher by the Forest Guardian” came to melodic response as a group of women sporting pointed ears revealed themselves.

”If you know of my student then you must realize I am not one to be trifled with” stated Draig cruelly.

He hadn't left the Elves with best of impression's of him having killed their means of Reproduction without revealing Dahlia's new ability.

”We do not come baring ill will” started Willow as she removed her hood.

”So it is the princess” laughed Draig while behind him Sylvie was glaring daggers as her form started to grow scaley.

”Indeed, my mother and the elder's have sent us here in hopes that you would return and negotiate” asked Willow though her eyes seemed to be despondent.

”I have my own concerns at the moment” stated Draig as he kicked the side of his Rhino to keep moving.

However the group of Elves stepped in front causing the Rhino to stop, Draig looked at the group and found his claw twitch dangerously knicking a chip from his short sword in the making. That chip flew before Draig's eyes drawing his attention to the now ruined work. As if sensing the discontent Willow bowed with the other women doing the same.

”If you cannot come with us now then allow us to journey with you” stated Willow as she removed her cloak revealing her scantily clad figure expecting Draig to agree instantly but the Feratu was a man of Conquest, a murederous figure.

He didn't even spare her a glance.

”I am in no need of any other tag a longs, it is unfortunate that I even have these two” stated Draig as he motioned towards Sylvie and Winter.

”Some Mortals?” questioned Willow looking at the two with a clear disdain.

'I lose out to some human women, we are Elves. Wars have been fought for the hopes of bedding one of our kind' sneered Willow as she cast her gaze back towards Draig.

”We will be responsible for our own means of travel and supplies, just allow us to travel with you. It will be of no trouble to you, I swear” stated Willow as now there seemed to be a bit of challenge in her eyes.

These scantily clad Elves whisteled as large deer could be heard running to their location, on their backs was supplies that showed that these women had been traveling with these Deer for some time.

Draig fought the urge to snarl, he disdained being ignored. However he had bigger concerns and simply had the two Rhinos continue their trek, the Deer following behind as trees were knocked aside and a clear path made.

Looking at his now chipped short sword Draig tossed the horn to the side and eyes the other Rhino's beloved horn. Like Lightning he struck and the Rhino found it's vision to be much clearer as Draig was now carving on a new horn.

As night fell Draig decided to make camp for the night while he busied himself with his shortsword which was now almost complete as he hadn't carved at it leisurely as he had before. Drawing his finger along the blade symbols swam across the blade until the Ivory turned to an infernal ebony and the Symbols glowed a demonic red.

Chuckling Draig swung the sword a few times to test it's weight.
