239 THE MU CLAN (2/2)

When Long Fuzi reported his identity at the guard stationed at the entrance of the Mu clan's residence it hurriedly left to inform their Clan Head.

As soon as they learned that the prince was personally paying them a visit right after arriving at the capital, the whole clan rejoices.

Even the Clan Head is no exemption. Mu Ruochen was instantly delighted about this news and he personally welcomed and escorted Long Fuzi's group.

Of course, as a Clan Head, Mu Ruochen also tried his best to look for this wilful granddaughter of his for hopes of redeeming the situation. In fact, he even utilized their military influence and forces just to find where in the world did Mu Lingxi hide herself.

In hopes of bringing her back and fulfilling her arranged marriage to Prince Long Fuzi just like what has been agreed upon by the two families before.

When Mu Lingxi saw her grandfather again, she felt a light tug on her heart. The grandfather that she had on his memory is a warm old man that used to dotes her a lot.

He was vigorous and full of life. Handsome and capable man. He had a stern look on his face when facing other people. But all of those cold eyes and stern look will instantly melt away as soon as when he was with her.
