2 Company Dinner (2/2)

I laughed a little and said ”That will definitely be what I need, trust me.”

”That's great! I'll be there too and we can talk some. Here let's exchange numbers so I can text you the address of where we are meeting.”

After me and Li Qiang exchanged numbers. He went back down to his floor and I went back into the office forgetting basically everything that happened earlier between me and the CEO.

Suddenly I felt two arms grabbing me and my back hit the door softly as it closed. I immediately realized what was happening. I was pushed up against the door and the CEO's arms we're on either side of me.

”Did you have fun flirting with him?”

”Yeah he seems nice.”

I spoke without realizing who I was talking too. I covered my mouth with extreme speed. And look up at him concerned.

Anger flashed in his eyes and I could tell I was done for.

”What did you just say?” He said while suddenly raising his voice.

How am I going to get out of this?

”I said yeah he's nice to your question 'Did you have fun talking him' what's wrong with that?”

”I said 'Did you have fun flirting with him?' not 'did you have fun talking to him?'.”

”Oh. I thought you said something else.”

I slid out from under his arms avoiding the altercation with some type of ”ease”. Which definitely wasn't the right word.

”You'll only get away with that this one time.” he said while walking towards me with long strides and grabbing my wrist which made me stop in my tracks. He leaned in close to my shoulder and started to finish what he was saying ”I guess it wasn't clear earlier, but your MY assistant, and MINE only. I never share what is mine either so watch out cause I can be very mean.”

He let go of my wrist and walked towards his desk and actually started to do his work. Which I hadn't see at all today.

All I could think to myself was. 'Wow am I in some type of drama or something, where are the cameras? No wonder my boss is possessive and everyone here is handsome.

But wait. He did say I was just his assistant so that means he doesn't want me doing anything else during work hours. But there is nothing that forbids after work.' I smiled and walked towards my desk.

The rest of the day went by normally, but I did find out what they meant when they said all he did was yell. He could be very scary.

I went back home at the end of the day and changed in to a velvet black dress that was about mid thigh. Whichlooked really short since I was so tall at 5'7. I curled my hair and went to the place that Li Qiang texted me to meet everyone.

I entered and sat between Li Qiang an absolutely beautiful girl named Zhang Li. Of course she's gorgeous her name literally means beautiful. Me and her became friends fast and we talked about random things. She had her boyfriend from the company next to her so we stopped talking and I talked with Li Qiang for a while.

It was normal conversation and he seemed to be really nice we got along well.

Then suddenly everyone gasped. And I looked back, since I wasn't facing the door.

And of course he was here. I guess that's as to be expected it's a 'company dinner' and it is his company but it didn't seem like anybody invited him.

Suddenly me and the CEO made eye contact and someone I knew I was dead.

Maybe he meant more than just being his assistant when he said I was his.

Well that's not fair.

I knew he was crazy

*sigh*

How do I get access to the roof.
