”You're teasing me again,” Anya beat Tara's hand softly with a shy smile. ”By the way, you look so beautiful today!”
Tara didn't pay attention to Anya's praise, instead she looked at the food in front of her friend. ”Don't you want to eat it? If not, give it to me. I am hungry,”
”Your dress is very nice. If you eat too much, your stomach will bloat,” said Anya.
”I'm going to eat less than usual,” Tara grumbled. ”I don't know how to dress up. Today, I even asked for help from my stylist friend to dress me up,”
”Your friend is great. She can choose the perfect make-up and dress for you. You see, the men in this place are looking your way,” Anya looked at Tara with a proud smile. It was unusual for her to see Tara dressed like this.
”I struggled to put all of this for more than two hours. My friend thought I was going to my ex-boyfriend's engagement party so she dressed me up completely. I had to endure two hours before I finally got away,” Tara said helplessly.
Anya laughed hearing her story. Suddenly, Nico came over to her. ”Auntie, have you seen Tara?”
”Are you looking for Tara?” Anya looked at Nico with a laugh. ”She doesn't have time to talk now. She's busy eating,”
”Ah?” Nico was stunned for a moment and saw Tara who was eating beside Anya. Previously, Tara's face was covered by Anya's body so that Nico couldn't see her clearly. Besides that, Nico had never seen Tara dressed like this either. He couldn't even recognize her.
”Tara?”
Tara put down her cutlery awkwardly. She took a tissue to wipe her lips and then stood up, forcing a smile. ”Hello, Mr. groom,”
Nico looked at Tara in surprise. Usually, Tara always wore formal, less revealing clothes even when attending a party. This was Nico's first time seeing Tara wearing a stunning dress. Her beautiful body had only been covered by an oversized garment before this.
The long white dress made Tara look very charming.
”You are very beautiful today,” Nico said with a stunned look.
”You're handsome too,” Tara replied with a smile.
”You have cake cream on your nose. Don't eat too much, you will tear your beautiful dress later,” Nico was just praising her, but then he flirted with Tara again.
”You… For the sake of your engagement today, I came to this place. But why can't I eat? I will not only eat but also drink as much as I can today!” Tara replied.
Nico laughed seeing Tara angry. Indeed today Tara looked different from usual, but she was still the usual Tara, personality wise.

”Nico, why are you here? It's about to start,” Maria came to drag Nico away.
After three steps, Nico looked back reluctantly.
Tara lifted her head so that her eyes met Nico's. She took a deep breath, trying to hold back her tears and pretend to be calm. ”Anya, I'm going to the bathroom for a while to fix my make up,”
”Alright,” when she saw Tara and Nico like this, Anya also felt sad. But what could she do?
”Sister…” Tara had just left, but suddenly Natali appeared. She sat beside Anya, smiling.
That smile looked really terrible in Anya's eyes.
”I heard you are pregnant. Congratulations!”
