75 Hmm, It Actually Smell Quite Nice (1/2)

After a few days of rest, Angelique finally recovered and returned to her usual energetic self. She skipped school and went to the shop instead to check on things.

She headed to the back kitchen and saw Jose busy working on some dough. She watches from a distance as the man massaged the dough, she continued to gaze at the man realizing he was actually quite attractive.

”Ange, is something wrong?”

Angelique shook her head and realized Jose had actually noticed her, she suddenly felt flustered by the way Jose was looking at her. ”No, I'm fine...”

The man cleaned his hand and walked towards the girl, he pressed his palm gently onto her forehead, ”You sure, you're looking quite red?”

The closer the man was, the more she felt awkward about the situation. ”Jose, I'll go check up front.”

Jose was bewildered to why Angelique sudden run away, he scratched his head pounding what just happened.

Behind the door, Angelique froze from what just happened. Why does she suddenly feel embarrassed being around Jose. Did the injury made her confuse or something.

She quickly went behind the counter and got herself a glass of water. At the same time, Jordon has arrived. When she saw the man walking into the shop, she started recalling what happened last time and her heart started to beat even faster.

”Ange, why are you here? Did I tell you to rest at home?” hearing the man's words snap her back to reality.

She looked at the man who was looking concern at her, as she gazed into the man's eye, it was the first time she notices that he actually has greenish brown shaded eyes. ”Jordon you have beautiful eyes”

The man blushed when he heard what the girl said, he walked over behind the counter as he took off his scarf and put it around her. ”You better keep warm.”
