Rin sighed and stood up, 'Is this kind of thing normal?'

”It looks like I needed something important to do too.”, Rin waved his phone.

”Ah, that's too bad but okay if it's something important.”, Jun disappointingly said.

”Thanks”, Rin glanced at Dana and saw her with puppy eyes, 'So sorry! Dana! I'm so sorry! I'll get you back with something later.', he thoughy as he exited the library.

Just a few moments passed, when Rin was walking in the hallway, there was some feeling that was creeping behind him like he was being followed. Of course, he turned around to see nothing and just shrugged it off as nothing.

'Is she going to continue our conversation?', Rin thought as he went up the stairs and exited to the rooftop.

As soon as he passed through the door, he was ppulled into an enclosed space where you wouldn't think that you're in the rooftop. From there, you could only exactly see the rooftop and the fences on its edges and the three sides are just walls.

Rim heard someone panting coming from his side. Sylvie who was still holding his arm was the one who was panting. The two are enough to fit in the enclosed space.

”Why are you so out of breath?”, Rin asked.

Sylvie was shivering a bit, ”I'm scared of heights.”

”…”, Rin stared at Sylvie coldly, ”Then why did you invited me in the rooftop?!”, he exclaimed in a low voice.

”But… but…”, Sylvie was about to cry.

'Is this really the girl who glared daggers at me back then?', Rin sighed, ”The tell me quickly what you want.”

Sylvie nodded, ”You already know why I called you here. It is about Dana.”

”Yeah, what about her?”, Rin just ignored Sylvie holding his arm tightly. It is not like it hurt him or anything.

”When we were young, we're best friends but when sheanythingnto high school she treated me like a stranger. I tried many times to talk to her but she just ignored me until when you two got closed.”, Sylvie then stared at Rin with a worried face, ”How did you do that?”

”…”

”Is it a secret?”, Sylvie tightly held Rin's as she got closer which Rin moved away but couldn't since there are no more spaces to move.

Rin wasn't affected by Sylvie's cuteness since he knew someone cuter. He pushed Sylvie's forehead gently with a finger and said, ”No, it's not a secret.”

”Then please tell me!”, Sylvie looked like that she had forgotten that she was scared of heights and became determined if not desperate to get an answer from Rin, ”I tried many times to get closer to her again but always failed. Then… I gave up and finally felt awkward around her that I started to avoid her.”, her tone was of sadness.

Rin noticed that Sylvie was becoming desperate.
