In the study Eric Watts is waiting for them Alice's eldest brother. He look stunning as always in his grey crew-neck sweater and navy chino pants and a pair of white low top sneakers. He gave an apologetic look to Ji An.

”Ji An I want to ask for your forgiveness for what my son Eric did to you. And I cannot let him runaway from his responsibilities to you. He admitted it already and want to take responsibility to you and to your baby our grandchild.” Mrs Watts said.

”What are you talking about Mrs Watts? What do you mean by him admitting what he did to me?” Ji An asked.

”I saw you being led by a guy in the lift at Park Plaza so I butt in. You seemed drunk and the guy is probably trying to take advantage of you... so I brought you to my room. As we get in the room I couldn't control myself I went and kiss you, you kissed me back too so I totally lost it. I.. It was me who did it! I got scared that you will think of me in a bad way so I hide thinking you will look for me and have me arrested. But Alice told me that you are pregnant and doesn't know who the father is, and I feel so bad. I admitted it to my parents and then to Alice. Ji An... I really like you.. I love you.. please forgive me.” Eric confess to Ji An.

While listening to him, tears starts to flow from her eyes. She couldn't believe what shes hearing.

”How could you Eric?” she broke down in flood of tears ”You took advantage of me while I'm in that state? You run away. Now you will come forward asking me to forgive you?” She then went and slap him hard on his face. Ji An was so devastated. ”How can I forgive you?” She punch him on his chest so many times, Eric tried to hug her.

”Please Ji An give me a chance to correct my mistake. Give our child a chance to have a father. I know what I did is wrong. But I will never hurt you again. I will be the best husband to you and father to our child.” Eric pleaded.

”Please ... Ji An we are deeply sorry and Im really glad he admitted his wrong doings. I would love to have you as a daughter in law. We will look after you. Alice is like a sister to you. Eric is good person you know that Ji An, please let him be a father to your baby.” Mrs Watts begged.

Ji An is completely at lost. She doesn't know what to do. She broke down, fainted and fell on the floor. Everyone panicked and Alice dialled for an ambulance. But Eric took the phone from his sister. ”Call our private doctor, ask her to come over.” He asked Alice. He then took Ji An and brought her to his room.

He laid her down on his bed. He caress her face. ”Ji An I have been in love with you from the day I met you. I will marry you and take responsibility for your baby. Just please accept me.”

Not long Dr. Susan Dawes arrived. Alice took her to Erics room. She examined her and talked to the Watts family after. ”She tired herself out. She needs to rest for a week. Give her healthy food. Baby is okay. Very strong heartbeat. No sexual activity for her Eric, her body is a bit weak at the moment. You should be patient. Don't stress her out” She explained.

She prescribe her some medicines for her pregnancy and then Dr. Dawes left.
