57 BESTFRIEND (2/2)
I hugged him tight. God how did I deserve a Minho?
”But, Silver City is far. How did you arrive here so quickly?”
”Well, I used our helicopter.”
My eyes widened in awe. ”You know how to fly one?”
”Sort of. The company requires us to know, in cases of pilot emergency.”
”Well baby, you have to bring me to the sky theses days!”
”Why not do it later, after your work?”
”Really? You won't be going home by then?”
”No. I'd stay with you until 7. At least that's what I promised to my team.”
”Yeeeeeeeey!”
And then his eyes trailed to our elephant in the room. Ethan.
”Don't worry. He won't be staying here. He's going to be there at Layla's wake.”
”If he comes back later tonight, you go sleep at my place. Okay?”
”Yiiieeee you're jealous!”
”Of course I am! Even if he's your bestfriend, he's still a man! I know how men think. And I hate the way he looks at you.”
”How does he look at me?” I wanted to know from other person's perspective because I always associate his way of looking at me as the same for everyone.
”It's as if he wants you to be with him, only. And I hate that. I hate that so much.”
And then he kissed me on the lips. His kisses were a little aggressive, a sure sign that he's upset. And it echoes claiming. He's claiming me for himself.
”You're mine.” And his words turned me on. I kissed him passionately and he didn't back down.
Oh this is so good, so good that I let out a moan.
Minho chuckled. ”Sssshhh. We have a roommate.”
I pouted. ”Okay. Let's just sleep. And I'm glad you're here with me Minho. Thank you.”
He smiled. ”Okay. Stop talking. Let's sleep.”
And he kissed me one last time on the lips. ”Goodnight baby.”
”Goodnight.”
And I hope tomorrow, it's still going to be good.
Before my mind succumbed to my dreams, I was invaded with just one thought - I wonder when this lie comes to an end.

I watched Cassidy sleep. I am afraid of what this means. I am afraid that I might lose her.
”Cassidy, I hope he's only a bestfriend.”
