”Misunderstanding, you say, but I think it is not. You are using my friend for your gain.” Shen Ya taunted.

She has decided to give him a chance but will make sure that he has learned his lesson before doing something else. Shen Ya could not tolerate his disgusting behavior just because her friend thinks that this was his naivety.

”I promise I won't do it ever again.” Jiang Wui pleaded.

”We will see.” Shen Ya took Zhen Xiu's hand and left from there.

Lu Jian frowned. ”Where are you taking her?”

”Why? Do I need your permission or does she need your permission to go and eat?” Shen Ya sneered.

Zhen Xiu was frustrated to see their childish act because of her. She was a grown adult who can walk on her own and eat her food with her hands. Why were they treating her like this?

She was not handicapped.

”I can walk on my own and no I am not his prisoner. He was just asking Shen Ya; no need to get hyper.” Zhen Xiu calmed them down.

”See; sister in law is only sensible. Look at you guys; both icebergs freezing us mortals.” Jiang Wui supported Zhen Xiu.

”Enough! Flattery! Let's go and fill our stomach with some food. I am hungry.”

Lu Jian took Zhen Xiu's hand from Shen Ya and went towards the dining hall. Shen Ya glared and wanted to snatch Zhen Xiu's hand back but Lu Jian was fast and took her with him.

Jiang Wui without wasting his time picked Shen Ya's hand and charmingly smiled. ”You can use my hand. I am more than willing.”

Shen Ya snatched her hand back from him.

”Who wants your hand?”

”Well, you were fighting for her hand so I thought you might like holding hands.” Jiang Wui muttered.

”She is my best friend.” Shen Ya responded.

”And I am going to be your husband!” Jiang Wui smirked.

Lu Jian and Zhen Xiu were sitting on the chairs and were waiting for Jiang couple to arrive.

”Start eating. Didn't you say you were hungry?” Lu Jian placed a few steamed buns on her plate and a cup of ginger tea.

Zhen Xiu nodded. ”Yes, I am but let's wait for our guest.”

Lu Jian wanted to refute her. At the same time, Jiang Wui and Shen Ya came in together.

Jiang Wui: ”Who is the guest? This is my house, Xiao Xi.”

Zhen Xiu: ”Who is Xiao Xi? Call me Xiu.”

Lu Jian softly gazed at her red face. ”Let's start.”

They ate harmoniously with constant bickering of Jiang Wui. After they finished eating Lu Jian and

Zhen Xiu went to dress up for the office. Meanwhile, Shen Ya was tormenting Jiang Wui because of his lies. She wanted to teach him a sound lesson before starting something with him.

Shen Ya: ”Let's go.”

”Where? I need to go with Zhen Xiu to help her in office.” Jiang Wui told her.

Shen Ya thought for a while and decided to let him go for a while. ”Fine, I am leaving.”
