825 Counting On You, Going Offline For A While (2/2)
Right now, with Wang Yu as the first one up, the result was more or less known already. Team A Murder of Crows won the first round, and if they win the upcoming match also, Team Satan would definitely lose no matter what they do. Therefore, even Yang Nuo went offline to touch up her makeup.
Wang Yu could not take it and asked, ”Sister, you are gaming at home, who are you putting on makeup for?”
”None of your business!” Yang Nuo's reply made sense.
”…” After hearing what Yang Nuo said, Wang Yu wished he could go offline to teach all of them a lesson in real life.
The game started; both players from both sides were summoned into the game location.
After seeing four missing players from the five that were supposed to appear, the audiences were stunned completely, ”F*ck, what do they mean by this? Why do A Murder of Crows only have 1 player online?”
”Did the others surrender or something?” Everybody had their own speculations.
”No way, now that there is already one player in, they wouldn't have surrendered,” a player who knew the rules well said.
>'s rule for surrendering was very strict, to avoid players backing out in the middle of the game, they only could choose to surrender before the match started.
Once there were players in the match already, the competition will begin officially, and only after the team had left with the last player then only could they choose to surrender.
Now that Wang Yu was in the match already, there was no reason why the others were not, unless the other players went offline.
At this moment, everybody's attention went to Team A Murder of Crows, only to see Mu Zixian cheering for Wang Yu alone at A Murder of Crows area.
The audiences were stunned at the sight of this situation, ”What, all of them went offline when the game is about to start, are they stupid or what?”
Team Satan was even more fired up, ”F*ck their mother, these b*stards dare to look down on us? We shall let them taste the real deal this time.”
The location had been decided, it was the Sunset Farm.
Under the sunset, there was a huge land of farm. Houses and water carts made a great addition to the scenery. This was a typical Twilight City location.
Wang Yu's opponent was still Lucifer. After the lesson from the last round, Lucifer became even more careful this round.
After noticing that Wang Yu picked the Sunset Farm, Lucifer became alert and moved to the water cart area right away.
As an expert, Lucifer knew that this water cart was the most strategic point in this location.
Wang Yu's job was not just a Pugilist as he was also one who knew Qing Gong. This height was really easy for Wang Yu to jump on but the Holy Knights could only stand below and stare. If Wang Yu used this place for cover, Lucifer would not have any way to defeat him.
However, what he did not know was that Wang Yu did not think that much when he chose the location. The only reason he chose this farm was that he was just very familiar with everything here so it would make his life a little easier…
Only after Lucifer reached the water cart then he realised that Wang Yu strolled to the street entrance of the farm staring at him blankly.
”What are you doing? Can you even jump that high?” Wang Yu said with disdain.
Even though the water cart looked short, it was still quite a height to jump. Amongst the 7 types of jobs, only the Pugilist could leap onto it without additional special skills. Holy Knight was a heavyweight job, so even if they could leap onto the water cart, battling with a Pugilist in this kind of location would just be them digging their own grave.
”F*ck…”
Even though Lucifer did not know why was Wang Yu at the entrance, he was slightly embarrassed when faced with Wang Yu's ridicule. He simply lowered his head and walked back.
