100 Chapter 13: Winter, Griffin’s back (1/2)
Rose sat down in Aunt and Uncles new apartment. Jake's friend had gone home to their parents with a scolding while Jean went back to his hotel room. She was the only one awake and sitting alone, Winter sleeping in another room
”You'll make sure those boys won't face the consequences.”
”Not even going to question how I got in?”
Rose shook her head ”Griffin, he's still investigating what's happened to his son.”
”Smart”
”Well, how else where you are getting your information about me being there.”
”Right now, he is checking for your fingerprints on your necklace.”
”He must have noticed my gaze when I looked at it.”
”Are you going to do anything about.”
”Right now, my testimony, if he truly desires it will be good leverage.”
”So, you're just going to let him find out.”
”It is not as if it is a big secret anymore. I was in hiding because of the trouble you stirred up in China. I also ended up killing 38 people with a revolver, trying to help that man.”
”Why, did you give you a necklace to that old fart's son.”

Ashlyn pouted ”That old man should be coming back soon” she got up as for those boys I'll see about what I can do about them.”
The weekend and then a few more weeks went by had as Rose walked into the school like normal. She certainly had an easy day since dodging bullies wasn't hard.She picked up a cool drink from the soda machine
”Good morning Rose,” June said as she came up to her

”You two are sure lovely dovey,” Anthony said appearing out of nowhere ”If you two are that close, people will think you are dating.”
”Who's dating who, be careful of what you say.”
”So are you dumping a high-class socialite for a cheap slut.”
