8 Shadowed away (2/2)
Oh....things are starting to come back slowly now!..Bits and fragments of words.....
College...Football...Late.....My bike....Groceries.....A weird encounter....but with whom???
Oh, that guy...straight out of a web-toon....but then...I followed him....and....Lucifer...
Seb's eyes were shot open!!!
But she couldn't keep them opened. They drooped almost instantly.
She faced trouble opening her right eye more and the back of her head gave a burning sensation. Seb couldn't think straight at all.
Her head and mind felt heavy.
She tried to clear out her mind as well as her current situation.
Things started getting back at her literally.
She remembered till she followed him, Lucifer....and then...she was attacked!!!
Her right shoulder felt wet as she turned around to check it. A sharp sting went in the back of her head, as to her horror, her sky blue colored sleeve was stained red with blood!!!
A sigh of shock escaped her mouth as she tried to figure out how much was she exactly hurt.
The pain was intense and her mind was still blurry.
The injury must be major since her whole right shoulder and sleeve was covered with blood. She couldn't even depend on her sight.
Even in that situation, the words that escaped Seb's mouth were,”...and that was one of my favorite t-shirt....damn that's gonna leave a stain!!!...”
When Seb had gained a little bit of sense, she realized that her hands were tied to a rod behind her back. The room she was in was a wooden room, with no windows. It felt a little creepy!
Seb recognized such a room....she had seen them somewhere. It seemed like a room....in ships!!!
”Oh no no !!!”, now Seb returned to her right mind and expressed the correct feel according to the situation, ”Is he trading me off??...I need to escape!!!...Why on earth did I even follow him...Shit!!!!!”
Seb tried head on heels to break free. She twisted and turned her hands to open the ropes, but they were nylon ropes. Unless they were cut, they won't even budge. It was impossible!!!
But Seb didn't know how to give up. She struggled more, her wrists ached.
Not a positive result came out of that, but all that excitement opened up her wound instead again. She already had suffered excess blood loss, and more blood started gushing out. Seb started feeling dizzy.
”Not now....please not now....”, her vision started to fade as she lost the trail of her mumbles.
The door in front of her opened slowly. Seb was half-conscious when someone entered. She tried to look up and check the person but before she could recognize him, large dark circles rotated before her eyes as she passed out again.
The person walked up to her straight. He folded his hands and studied her,a smirky sigh followed.
”I should have known you're such a spirit!”, he spoke to an unconscious Seb,” Sometime looks can be deceiving.....but, it's better for me this way”.
Lucifer's lips puckered into a weird smile.
