23 Trouble in the academy (1/2)

William once again walked to the academy with his sister Claire. After the both of them reach the academy ground, they bid farewell to each other and went to their respective classroom.

William entered the classroom and sat beside Alice.

”Yo!! How's your day?” James leaned backward and said to William.

”Well, it's good” William replied to James.

He felt something ominous in the surrounding. His face turned serious and tried to sense what was wrong.

Alice felt something was wrong when he saw Williams expression. She couldn't help but asked, ”William what's wrong?”

William snapped out from his thought when he heard Alice voice, he replied, ”I think trouble is coming”

””WHAT?” Both Alice and James cried out at the same time.

Both of them looked at each other, then they looked at him deeply. Both of them knew that William's intuition was rather high, it save them many times in the forest when facing a high level monster.

”Here? In the academy ground you sense something?” James asked seriously. Attack, if it's an attack, who or what's attacking the academy. Of it's not, it should be a natural disaster.

William nodded his head.

Then, the door slam opened and a middle aged man with a glasses entered the classroom.

”Ok, I'm replacing your teacher for today as he is with the dean in a meeting with other teacher of the academy in the neighboring city” The middle aged man said to the whole class.

When William heard that the Dean, Fidd and other teachers was not in the academy, he was entirely sure now that the Hebrei academy was going to suffer an attack, but who would attack the academy?

The Hebrei Academy was one of the three most powerful forces here in the city. The three most powerful forces in the city was the City lord army, Hunter's Guild, and lastly the Hebrei academy. Who would be brave to attack the academy, even if the high level members left the academy aren't they afraid that the dean was going to hunt those who attack academy in person.

In the past life he also heard from his sister that something happened in the academy, but she have no clue of what was it.

It seems that the group of people that attack the academy want something in the academy and when they accomplished their objective they immediately fled away.

Suddenly, William felt a surge of mana envelope the whole academy. He immediately stood up and rushed outside the classroom. His classmates just looked at him strangely as they didn't felt that a large amount of mana cover the entire academy.

”Hey!! Where are you going?” The teacher tried to stop William but William ignore him and opened the door and left the class.

Alice and James also noticed the changes of the mana in the air. William thought them how to detect or feel the mana so they were quite sensitive in it.

Boom!!

A loud explosion could be heard around the whole academy. All of the students heard the loud explosion, they were quite curious of what is it and they outside of their own class even the teachers followed.

All of them went out of their classroom and looked at the sky. The sky color change to adark purple color and a lot of magic circle can be seen in the dark purple sky.

William was still looking at the dark purple sky and behind him was Alice and James who was also looking at the dark purple sky.
