17 Vol 1 : Ch 17 - What else? Are you still hiding something without me knowing? (1/2)

Rei arrived late but pretend like nothing happened to her. Her mother didn't even realized that her eyes were swollen from crying since Rei is not a type of being an emotional person but then as a mother she knows that something happened to her but Rei is not the type to share it if she still can control of it.

”Ma, I'm back”

”Oh, you're here Rei. Have you eaten your dinner?

” Yes, Ma.'

”Then go to your room and don't sleep very late.”

” Yes, Ma.”

Meanwhile at the C Snack-bar and Coffee Shop

Vin still crying like there is no tomorrow while Xue still standing and wondering if what she did is the right thing to do but how about herself, is she willing to let go of him? If she give up, can she live for the rest of her life without Vin? No she can't give up, she's already done enough and that's why she sacrifices the friendship between her and Rei even though at first she just befriended Rei because of Vin but then as the days goes by she treat Rei as her best friend but only this one she can't give up, so she needs to do something to get rid of Rei but not totally getting rid of her because she only want Rei to disappear from Vin. This is the reason why she did it to her because she knows that Rei didn't really fall in love with Vin and just admire him instead. Even though she heard her true feelings to Vin but still she knows it that it will disappear someday and will realize after she met her true love.

Vin also think the samething because he knows that Rei was not truly over fall in love with him because if she did, then why she didn't not fight for him and give up easily just because she think that Xue is pregnant with his baby? Even if she really is, him and her are still not married and most of all Xue drugged him so there's no love between them. He knows himself but he was still glad that he heard Rei true feelings but that was only she feel during their High School years. He know himself, if she's really in love, she will not give up easily just like that because they were known each other longer compared to Xue.

After crying for who knows how long it was, Vin stand up then said to Xue.

”Let's go and let's talk when we arrive”

Xue just nodded and then instruct the management ”sorry for the mess we create and please keep it a secret.”

”Yes, Lady Meng”

”Ah, by the way the snack that I all bought please let the employees eat all of them.”

”Eh?” seeing the seriousness of her ”yes, Lady Meng.”
