Tang Hao walked up to Midoriya and said to him ”Hey Midoriya kun, do you want to form a team with me and Mengyu? She already agreed to it also it'll just be us three.”
”Oh? Are you sure you'll be ok with me? Alright then”. The three then gathered into a small circle and Tang Hao shared his plan ”Ok Midoriya here's what I think, Mengyu and I will be your support and you will be on top, you don't need to worry Mengyu's strong she won't have any trouble holding you and there are other reasons I don't want her on top” he said
Midoriya then looked at him and said ”Alright, I won't be able to use my quirk a lot though so it may cause some inconvenience to you two.”
”It's alright, the two of us have other ways to get through this, we will let you hold the ten million point headband and we will hold the rest. Since everyone will be targeting you, the two of us will use our speed to get around and not many will be able to catch up>” Tang Hao replied
”Mengyu, any problems with my plan?” Tang Hao asked. She replied softly ”No” then sat crossed legged to continue regaining her qi. Tang Hao did the same shortly after until the second round begun

Shortly after resting, the second round begun and the three formed their formation whoever it looked a bit funny since there were only three people. The second round then begun, every team then charged at Midoriya who wore the 10 million point headband
Tang Hao and Ling Mengyu looked at each other before nodding then Tang Hao used his quirk to coat lighting around both their feet in order to conserve their qi. Tang Hao and Ling Mengyu then started running around the field whilst being chased around by other teams, each time they went close to another team, Tang Hao purposely slowed down and enabled Midoriya and Ling Mengyu to grab some headbands before speeding up again
In this way they managed to grab a couple hundred points worth of headbands in only a couple minutes. Todoroki and Bakugo's team then came close to Tang Hao's team of three and surrounded them with others. Tang Hao used his spiritual sense to keep track of all movements within the surrounding area of up to 10 meters, using this he easily evaded Todoroki's ice and Bakugo's charging whilst enabling him to run around
Midoriya sitting above them said ”Wow Tang Hao you two are really fast.. I'm feeling a bit sick though from all this turning...”
”Oh crap! I thought he'd be used to it since One For All allows him to move at high speeds, but then again he normally just goes straight with it.” Tang Hao thought as he continued to evade the entire time
