”Even if I give you some sort of catnip?”
”Catnip is great-nya, but no.”
Shi Li tried to ask his way out of getting the special Ruin Forest Wood under Moddy. It has been half an hour since they've started but they're still going strong.
To a normal person looking at this, Shi Li was asking questions to the cat while the cat was answering back with 'Nya' sounds. It would seem that Shi Li is mentally insane or ”gifted” to be able to talk to animals, but since they're the only ones in the center of the forest, it continued.
”Even if I give you my house to live in, you still wouldn't trade your special Ruin Forest Wood?”
”Nya. As I've said earlier-nya, this wood increases my attack power since it resonates the sound to a further distance-nya.”
Seeing that Moddy's determination was firm, Shi Li sighed and sat down, thinking up of a solution to get the wood. Concurrently, Moddy passed the time by tapping on the wood as Shi Li was thinking.
Thump.
Thump.
Thump.
The rhythmic beat that came from Moddy's tapping resonated again, forming an invisible barrier that covered the border between the center area and the inner depths. Shi Li listened to the beat as he continued to think.
'This beat is extremely good, it calms me down, and allows me to think further. The way Moddy is tapping the wood and the sound coming out of it reminds me of…'
His thoughts stopped there as he finally found a way to get the wood under Moddy.
He stood up and looked at Moddy with a scheming grin.
”Hey Moddy, if I told you I know a way to increase the range of your sound, would you let me have the wood?”
Moddy who was tapping with its eyes closed as it savored the beat, opening its eyes with surprise at Shi Li while stopping.
”Hmm…”
Moddy waved his stub-er paws up and down, as its face was in some sort of pondering expression. After a while, it nodded.
”Okay, I agree-nya. If it increases the range, then I'll give you the special Ruin Forest Wood-nya.”
Shi Li jumped with excitement as he didn't expect it to work. He then looked at his surroundings to plan out what he was gonna do. With a rough plan in mind, he ran towards a large stone.
He looked at it and placed his hand on it, feeling its texture.
'Hmm...with a rough texture like this, it would act as sandpaper for the insides. White Screen, mark this place as Sandpaper.'

Minutes later, he headed towards another large stone that had a sharp edge on one end. Tapping on the sharp edge, he nodded inwardly.
'If I use my strength to cut off a small part of this rock, I can make a blade for cutting and carving. White Screen, mark this place as Rock Blade.'
