When White Zetsu was mobilized, they quickly moved underground in goal to reach Shinobi Alliance's HQ. Some of them were ordered to move through the seas for launching a pincer attack. And Zetsu was searching for the Daimyos as he wanted to kidnap them. Thus, the start of Zetsu's guerilla warfare with the group who protected Daimyos.

Meanwhile, Kabuto moved to his own place inside Akatsuki's hideout as he controlled the reanimated shinobi in their own field. He also put some attentions in sending Sasori, Deidara, Nagato, and Kakuzu to Turtle Island, which had neared Shinobi Alliance HQ. To his surprise, he realized that his attempt to retrieve the Bijuus was really hard. As his reanimated shinobi were facing perfect jinchurikis in the form of Naruto, Minato and Killer Bee. Because those three people were able to use their Bijuu mode in aiding their battle.

As the battle went on, Kabuto found that only Nagato could resist them by utilizing Rinnegan, while the others were sealed by Kushina and Minato in succession. Left with no better choice, he summoned Uchiha Madara by using Nagato, as he realized Rafi's words before were true.

The tide of battle was overturned finally as one more Rinnegan user was added to the mix, and a battle-hardened shinobi to boot at that. Kushina was quickly debilitated by Madara as he realized Kushina's ability in sealing technique was thorny. Minato, sensing that Kushina's condition was worsening, flashed next to her as he intercepted Madara's finishing blow on Kushina, thus saving her from a certain death. He then used Hiraishin technique to teleport to Alliance's HQ for Kushina's immediate treatment and requested for reinforcement.

While Kabuto, through fully controlling Nagato, used that time window Madara created, to weaken Bee and Naruto by absorbing some of their chakra. When Minato returned to Turtle Island, he found Bee and Naruto were attacked and hard-pressed by both Madara and Nagato. He quickly joined the fray as he flashed here and there to attack Nagato and Madara, easing Bee and Naruto. Several seconds later, Tobirama arrived in their battlefield in tow with Hashirama, Hiruzen and Jiraiya to help Minato. Their battle was entering a stalemate with the added bunch of legendary shinobi. As even an enhanced Madara felt the group to be quite a tough piece of work.

As Kankuro was leading his Commando Unit to find Akatsuki's hideout, he was intercepted by Illyasviel, Artoria and some of reanimated shinobi.

”He he, you will be stopping here for a moment, everyone.” Illyasviel said with a smile as her eyes flashed a dangerous glint.

”You are, that white-haired and blonde kid in Akatsuki's recent members. You sure are lucky, that man saved you quickly before we could caught you all.” Kankuro said after he realized their identities from Shinobi Alliance's recent intel.

”Even if he didn't rescue us at that time, we could still went out safely from there. We were just greeting you all.” Illyasviel said cheekily as he looked at the group of shinobi in front of her playfully.

”Hmph! Less nonsense, kid.” Kankuro said as he signaled his team to prepare capturing Illyasviel and Artoria.
