2 Waking up from pain (1/2)
Two days later, the storm had passed, two robust men wearing cloaks, were traveling for three days carrying a straw mat and a crate towards a large valley.
Red Rock Valley, one of the few territories that the Naga clan have claimed under their ownership.
The valley was known to house Red Iron, a type of forging material in rich amounts, but the area is very dangerous. Not only are the surface of the rocks brittle due to ages of sedimentation[1].
It also over 50-meters deep, a number of workers have lost their lives just by standing on the wrong location.
”Man, this sure is an easy job, we're getting paid just dumping bodies and deny any involvement.”
”Yeah, this one seems light, must be child this time. Wonder why they paid more than usual?”
The two men were Gus and Frank, the third party, the ones who keep disposing any evidence of the Naga Clans underhanded deals.
Up to now, they had disposed of over a hundred bodies, being paid in silver coins to keep quiet, and if any news leaks out about bodies being disposed of, the Naga Clan can deny any involvement with these two when they make any form of mistake.
Hence they were never informed where the corpses came from, but that those not mean, they are innocent.
These two, apparently, weren't aware of one thing, they had to dispose the bodies using the money given to them, and keep the remaining.
What they have done up till now was drop the bodies in the valley and pocketed the whole payment.
”Finally, were hear. It's your turn to dump the body this time…”he turned and sneaked a peek at the crate Gus was carrying.
”Hey! I was the one this time who bought liquor, quality from the south, you just want to drink the booze first.” Gus walked away, ignoring Frank's excuses.
A look of annoyance was on Frank, but he gave in.
”Yeah, yeah, you got me…Humph! There, now give me a drink…”Frank followed behind Gus in the cave he was heading.

The straw mat was thrown to the edge of the cliff, what they were carrying until know was the failure of the Naga's.
Stigma, before was unconscious earlier and had a broken leg from running from his captors.
Four days ago, he was only getting firewood in the forest, until he was attacked from behind, getting knocked out in the process.
When he woke up he tried to escape, but had gotten his arms broken from fighting back, as well as, another broken leg in the process which lead to him sustaining even more injuries and having all his limbs broken.
Leading nothing but hardship, would he let his fate end, just like that.
'Why did this happen… why do I have to suffer?' anger rose in him, despite felling pain.
'I want… to get…stronger… so no… one, can… treat me… this… way', however he was already pushing himself, his vision was getting duller as each time he tries to open his eyes, trying to stay awake.
'I want to change my fate' were his last thoughts.
His vision became dark…and he silently died.

”AH!!!!! HOW LONG AM I GOING TO FALL!!!”
Cheng Xuan, who was spirited away not long ago, was still falling, but what he was scared was not how high he was falling nor how fast he was going.
What scared him was that he could not see a thing in the veil of darkness.
He had been falling for almost an hour and nothing had changed, since then, he was hearing a voice asking him questions.
'Do you want, to see another world?' was one of the questions he kept on hearing.
'Do you want, to prove your worth?'
'Do you want, to live a different life?'
All these keep entering in his ears, entering his head, all of them, was what he wanted.
When he was in his home, he only played computer games, games that are story-driven, RTS or Real Time Strategies, Simulation, Crafting and Survival games.
Games that give him fantasies that what give his life excitement and discovery.
Without it, each day was dull to the point that it was more fun to overnight his gaming and have sleep deprivation during his day offs.
And the words that would change everything entered in his ears.
*BING!*
['Do you want to change you fate?']
[YES] OR [NO]
A notification had popped up with choices this time.
It was a simple question, but it was the most difficult decision anyone had to make.
Change one's fate?
Obviously anyone would agree, his life was difficult because he was ignorant of everything of society and had stayed ignorant, until all forms of difficulty came crashing down on him.
He didn't blame his parent's death, but his own shortcoming, and had feared he became a disappointment to his parents.
When he wakes up from this never ending darkness, he will honor their wishes, and live without regrets and make his parents proud of him, no matter what comes his way.
[YES]
He pointed his finger to his choice.
There was no need to hesitate, he only needed to brace himself for what comes next…
*BING!*
[A new soul has entered the Realm of the Spirits, and has accepted a choice…

Words started to enter in his ears, which sounded almost like a computer system trying to reboot a failed fantasy installment update.
Suddenly, a blinding light flashed before his vision, and he felt like he was paralyzed from the neck bellow, like he was in a vegetable state.
If that wasn't enough, it occurred to him that he felt intense amounts of pain on his chest, his arms and his leg and especially his head.
He felt his body was burning and started snapping in every corner of his body.
