”Hmm,” Li Qin Yao nodded. ”She still liked it. But she also thinks that this hoop was too short. I think she looked down on it because I happen to be taller than this hoop.” A sigh escaped her. ”If Li Xue inherited my short leg, will she hated me?”

Zhang Yu Han laughed. ”Why do you think so?”

”Li Xue said that she wanted to jump as high as her daddy. She really liked it when you lifted her up high and let her do slam dunk.”

”Well at least she looked upon me in something,” Zhang Yu Han joked. ”That girl is always closer to you and will try to conquer most of your time.”

”Zhang Yu Han, are you jealous?”

”En,” He nodded and pulled her close to him. ”You're my wife, but Li Xue always robbed your time away from me. And I cannot say anything to her because she's my daughter.”

Li Qin Yao laughed. When she looked at him again, a mischievous glint appeared in her eyes. ”Then, isn't it better to give her a sibling and teach her to look after her young sister or brother?”

Zhang Yu Han raised a brow teasingly. ”What if this young sister or brother occupied your time instead?”

”Then, we'll wait until they both grew up and send them away,” Li Qin Yao suggested. ”Then, we will only have each other as we grew older together.”

A chuckle escaped him at her suggestion. As he stared back at her playful expression, Zhang Yu Han bend down to kiss her lips.

Zhang Yu Han propped his head on his right hand as he looked at the person beside him. The room was dark, but he could see her sweat glistening on her skin and her expression as she was basking in the afterglow.

The couple stayed in each other's embrace for a long time until Zhang Yu Han spoke again. ”I'm going to M City next Friday to look at the hotel there. Do you want to come with me? We'll take Li Xue too.”

”Ah?” Li Qin Yao blinked at his sudden question. She had wanted to agree right away, but then remember that she had a lot of things to do. ”But I have promised mom to help her with Yu Ying's wedding preparation. How long will you be going?”

”Just for a couple days.”

Li Qin Yao stayed in silence as she was unable to give him an answer.

Previously, her mother-in-law and Zhang Yu Ying had worked hard to help prepare her wedding. She did not have to do much except for choosing her wedding dress as she was busy with the Tourism City project.

Now that she had a lot of time, Li Qin Yao had promised her mother-in-law that she will help her with the preparation.

Next Friday… she had already promised to accompany her mother-in-law and Zhang Yu Ying to look at the wedding dress. The wedding day was approaching soon and Zhang Yu Ying still had not made up her mind about her dress.

Therefore, they had made another appointment at another boutique to look at more dresses.

”It's fine if you are unable to come along,” Zhang Yu Han said and smiled. ”I'll go and settle some work and come back quickly, alright?”
