Kakarot fired the signature attack towards the defeated King Cold. The king tried to fight against the blast, but was ultimately disintegrated by the beam. Kakarot dropped to a knee and reverted back to his normal form. He was completely drained by his fight against King Cold. Raditz released his Great Ape power causing him to shrink back down closer to his normal size.

”Bardock, who are those guys?” a tall Saiyan with short spiky hair and ponytail asked. ”I think I would have heard of Saiyans as strong as them before.”

”And what's with the hair?” a female Saiyan with short cut hair asked.

”They're Super Saiyans.” Bardock smirked.

”WHAT!” the pair shouted in unison.

”Like the legends!” Celipa shouted.

”Celipa, Toma calm down. I introduce you later.” Bardock said and took off to meet his sons.

”Amazing, I can't believe you two are so powerful. Certainly not Kakarot.”

”We'll talk later. I need to finish up my discussion with King Vegeta.” Raditz walked away leaving Bardock to talk with Kakarot.

King Vegeta and his subordinates were near the entrance to the palace. During the battle the King had felt full of vigor from his participation in the battle. However, he was now in awe of the destructive power unleashed by the Super Saiyans. Now he could see Emperor Raditz approaching his group. The Saiyan was covered in battle damage but seemed unaffected. Seeing the power of Nappa and Vegeta first hand was one thing, but the King knew if Emperor Raditz wanted him dead, no amount of teamwork could stop him.

As Raditz drew closer his hair color reverted back to its normal black. When he as near the group, King Vegeta felt he had no choice but to kneel before Raditz. His entourage followed the lead of their king and knelt. They were shocked, but not too surprised to see their prideful ruler kneel before another Saiyan. In the past, many of them witnessed their King be forced to bow down before Frieza.

”So it seems you understand, Vegeta Sr.” Raditz said.

The King knew from the how Raditz phrased his words that his reign was truly over. Now he could only regret the decisions he made that lead to this moment. Even if he was no longer king, he might be able to assist the new ruler.

”Emperor Raditz,as you know, I ruled Planet Vegeta, since before you were born. I could assist you in governing the planet.” Vegeta Sr. offered.

”No.” Raditz flatly refused the offer. ”Your son will be taking custody of you, as you are officially exiled from this planet.”

Vegeta watched his father beg Raditz to reverse his sentence of exile. He lost nearly all of the respect he held for his father. The former prince stored the scene in his heart of what not to become. Left with no choice, the former monarch eventually joined his son in the stolen Menagerie shuttle. The father and son pair took their time gazing at the planet from orbit before taking off.

”Where are we going?” Vegeta's father asked.

”Somewhere I can train, I will become a Super Saiyan. Kakarot being also becoming one proves that it is possible for other Saiyans to gained the ability.” Vegeta answered.

”I was always told the last Super Saiyan died under his own power.” Vegeta Sr said settling into a seat, ”It seems that particular myth has been proven false.”

The former King took comfort in the hope that one day his son would become a Super Saiyan. They may even be able to return to the planet to reclaim it for their family if his son gained enough strength.

Kakarot and Nappa followed Raditz into the throne room of the palace. The former king's entourage trailed behind the group. The advisors and butlers lined up as they usually would, although they were unsure of their futures. Everyone's gaze was on Raditz as he stood in front of the throne, facing them, with his hands behind his back. The had asked them to open broadcast his message to the Saiyans.

”I am Emperor Raditz, and from now on this world is mine.” he began, ”Make no mistake, this is the world of my birth, and I have have now saved it twice.”

He recounted the tale of Frieza destroying the planet, his journey to Earth, and the founding of the Prometheus Empire. Explained about the fact that he became a Super Saiyan and defeated Frieza on Planet Namek, avenging them.

”Because the Saiyans have been give a new lease on life, Planet Vegeta will no longer be the name of our world. From now on our planet will be Planet Garden.” he finished the address.

Bulma landing her shuttle on Planet Garden, later in the afternoon, with the first wave of engineers. She had worked to increase her physical strength to survive in ten times Earth gravity, for the day her husband realized his goal of the resurrection of his planet. Raditz had asked her to land near his Scouter location. The landing sight was near a group of primitive earthen homes.

Her husband led her into one of the clay homes not far from the street where the shuttle landed. Inside the house, she saw a Saiyan that looked like a grumpy version of Kakarot and a cute female Saiyan whose hair was in a similar style as Raditz's.

”Bulma, these are my parents, Bardock and Gine.” Raditz introduced his wife to her in-laws.

”Mother, Father, I'm pleased to finally meet you.” she bowed in greeting.

After a short conversation, Raditz invited the engineers into the home.

”I'm going to have my engineers remodel the entire city, starting with your house.” Raditz informed them.

His parents were surprised to hear this news. In their opinion, their home was sufficient enough, as it offered great protection from the elements.
