”What?” Henry Blanc was even more shocked.
Ruoxi felt smug. This is just the beginning Katy Blanc. I will reduce you to an ant.
Katy had made up her mind. ”Isn't it just being a servant?” It was nothing compared to the accident she had caused before.
Henry Blanc knew nothing about it and pulled Lin Lihua away. ”I'll have a word with your aunt in private.”
In the study, Henry Blanc was quick to take the upper hand. ”Don't even think about it. I'm not signing those papers and you are not leaving. Don't think that I will relent if you make things difficult for Katy and I.”
Lin Lihua looked at him disdainfully. ”Who is leaving? Who wants you to sign papers?”

Henry Blanc noticed that her tone held a hint of scheming. ”You are planning something, aren't you?”
He became overjoyed. ”I knew you would realize it one day. You finally saw Ruoxi's true colors, right? Since you did, why don't you admit it?”
Lin Lihua remained silent.

Lin Lihua glared at him. ”Idiot. Let me be.” She did regret some of the things she did in the past. But of what use was regret? She couldn't make up for how mean she had been to Katy, and Katy couldn't make up for what she had done either. This was the only thing she could do for this father-daughter duo.
Henry Blanc was happy despite being ignored. ”Since my Lihua wants it, I will make Ruoxi the deputy CEO tomorrow. I just... won't give her any shares. Is that okay?”

Katy felt her head ache. ”Mother, I already explained many times. That water from years ago was meant for Ruoxi. I'm sorry that I made a mistake and you ended up drinking it but I didn't mean to hurt you. I really didn't.”
