The next morning, the sky had just begun to brighten.
”It's time to get up!” I looked at the bed beside me. It was empty.
”Guan Rou …” ”Guan Rou!” I jumped out of bed and ran out of the bedroom. Guan Rou came out of the kitchen with milk and bread in her hands.
”You're up. Come over and eat something.”
