”IZUMI!!!” Itachi screamed as his vision turned red. However shockingly he had Three Tomoe in his eyes instead of the usual Two of his he had awakened in the real world. He became berserk and projected killing intent without restraint. However, unknown to him an ANBU appeared behind him and sent an army of insects at him, weighing him down with their weight as they injected their poison into him completely paralyzing him from the neck down.

”Itachi ?!” Izumi tried to get to him to free him, however it was not mean to be. Danzo intercepted her and sent his short blade enhanced with Wind Chakra through her gut , shredding her insides and making her spout mouthfuls of blood which Danzo dodged.

”Geez these Uchiha, making me work so hard. Get her eyes.” Danzo commanded. Two of his ANBU came forward with a weird instrument with insect like legs and a curved smooth membrane in between.

”No .. No .. stay away ..” Izumi said weakly as they reached her. They forcefully tilted up her head and jammed the instrument right at her eyes.

”aaiiirghh .. aaaargghhhiii .. aagghharrhh” Izumi screamed her throat out as the instrument slowly and methodically scooped her eyes out . Seeing her you wouldn't have believed that she was barely able to speak a moment ago.

”Izumi!!! IZUMI !!!!!! Leave her alone, please!” Itachi screamed too and tears of blood leaked from his eyes and his eyes felt as if they were burning.

In a few moments Izumi went quiet both since she had ran out of a functioning throat and because their torture had ended . Another ANBU came forward with a glass airtight jar containing a weird transparent liquid which didn't even create a sound as the eyes were dropped in it. After sealing it, Danzo added a few Sealing Jutsus on it to make sure only he could open it. Then he turned towards Izumi with a smile.

”Miss Izumi, you have done this village a great service. Thanks to you we can finally research if it's possible to transplant Sharingan to all expert Leaf Ninjas loyal to this village and fighting for it with their lives. This village will prosper thanks to your sacrifice..”

”Itachi.. .Itachi …. I … ” Izumi called out weakly stretching out a hand in Itachi's direction.

”Izumi … yes I am right here Izumi” Blood kept flowing from Itachi's eyes as his Sharingan spun faster than ever and he tried to crawl towards Izumi's outstretched hand. Somehow managing inch forward , he dragged his body slowly forwards and laid his head onIzumi's blood soaked hand.

”Itachi … I .. love.. cojjhhg. uupllle” Izumi spouted another mouthful of blood while trying to speak.

”Yes .. Yes .. I love you too .. I love you too Izumi” Itachi said with his voice breaking up in his grief. Izumi closed her hollow eyes on hearing this, soft smile like usual covering her blood covered lips.

”Itachi … Dummy … took so .. long to --” at that moment Danzo slammed a foot right at Izumi's throat, breaking her neck and throat and instantly killing her. Itachi looked at Danzo's foot resting against Izumi's throat in shock while he kept calling out her name softly in a daze to get her to respond to him.

”I thought that was enough of lover's chit chat . I don't have all day you see and I need your eyes too before they get damaged from all the blood tears you have been crying out for so long --- ” Danzo shut up at this point as he saw Itachi's Pure Hatred filled gaze with his Sharingan revolving faster than anyone's Danzo had seen . Itachi let out a suffocating killing intent as if a Demon King was out to destroy the world. The ANBU all got their weapons out a they knew that one could never be careful enough with an Uchiha .

”I will Kill you ALLLLLL!!!!!!!!” Itachi screamed as his Sharingan started to change. The Three Tomoe of his Sharingan completely merged together, before growing out and transforming into a three bladed curved Shuriken like symbol in his red eyes. Danzo was stunned and just one word slipped out of his mouth ”Mangekyo…” as he and all his ANBU were devoured by raging hungry mouths of Black Flame projections, instantly turning them to ashes. The flames responded to Itachi's grief as they spread out , devouring everything around him and Izumi . Soon a glass shattering sound echoed in his mind as Itachi blacked out.
