They stopped few hundred meters away from the goblin village , to avoid arising suspicion , Jian lin went out to scout the village to devise an destructive ploy , that is to slaughter them .
The goblin village was fully armed with weapons , the walls were tall and were fully covered with metal there were many agricultural fields and ploys filled with rich and juicy fruits to sustain food to both their natives and tribals , there was an large wider moat around their village walls which was filled with water , to keep it as an line of defense for their fortified village , it was difficult for seige battles as there were many goblin tribes under the management of this village , completely surrounding and occupying the space outside the moat they also made defensive walls around each of their own tribe as an preliminary line of defense around the moat.
What the hell , is this supposed to be a village , this is literally a full armed fort .
Jian lin may die a hundred times if he tries to forcefully barged into the fort , normal methods can't be used , so what can they escape my vicious plots of this Jian lin.
10 days before the deadline.
He scouted for more thanthree days collected enough information to make a plot .
The information he gathered was:
1. There were six major tribes and forty minor tribes present as outer defense
Major tribes have more than five hundred small goblins , a few Matured Goblin leaded by Hobgoblin as their leader .
Minor tribe is leaded by Matured Goblins with at least few hundreds small goblins.
2. There were several Naval forces
surrounding the walls in the moat that acted as middle defense they were armed with fully loaded heavy artillery.
3. The metal wall , it was wide and larger , strong and durable to withstand heavy damage , it acted as final line of defense .
4. The goblin cavalry , if any intruder entered crossing the line of defense will be hunted by them mercilessly , they domesticated horned wolfs and can using them as mounts to their advantage in the inner walls , also made their appearance at outer perimeter under situation of riots .
5. Ten or more Hobgoblin at their peak level, that were present as an pillar of support to the village.
6. An evolving abnormal hobgoblin which can evolve to ogre at any moment .
Jian lin can take care of all four defense easily but if the hobgoblin and evolving goblin were to make their appearance faster than his calculation , his plan may fail.
” Aimin , I have an important mission for you , can you help your husband , on this task ”.
She was exited as he was showing some trust in her and was giving her an task and she also want to share some of her husband's burden upon herself.
He gave some armour that he collected from killing , goblin patrols from the main village , who were slacking off , after dozing off some alcohol.
” Attack randomly , at night on these tribes ,plunder their food and oil , or burn it if you can't , pretend to be a goblin”.
Jian lin naturally want to create riot over food shortage and create distress among these tribes and to weaken the outer defense of the village.
Jian lin then gave flying lizard a simple task , burn the surrounding forest and drive the beast into the Goblin's domain .
8 days before the deadline
The surrounding tribes were in an dismay over their internal riot. Aimin done her task well , not just well it was excellent . More than 20 small tribes and 2 larger tribes were destroyed as an result of infight's among themselves.
By the time the goblin cavalry made their appearance to stop the riot , animals and beast's were flooding into their territory as they were escaping from forest fire to protect their lives.
Heavy losses were sustained to the cavalry , they were at their most vulnerable state , then how could Jian lin miss such an wonderful chance , he unleashed his blades , sweeping the enemy during the chaos , diving into the battle field killing the goblin army that was retreating at that time . While he was busy killing the goblins , he gave the task of burning their naval force to Aimin by drowning their ships or burining them using the oil , that she was said to collect earlier .
Under these circumstances the metal doors were forced to opened to allow the survivors of tribes Into the fort by lowering their bridges to prevent further casualties .
Jian lin took advantage of the chaos , entered the fort and killer the gaurd that were about to raise the bridge back to prevent the entry of the beast horde into the fortified village.
