Chapter 353 - The Flame Formation of Five Elements (2/2)

Hu Xiaoxian said, “Haodong, did you really set fire to the outside? What about us?”

“I just make a mess for them. How else are we going to get out?” Qin Haodong responded, patting Tang Tang on the cheek. “With Tang Tang who has the Suzaku Sacred Body, are you afraid we can’t get out?”

Tang Tang yelled happily, “Yeah! Right! I can melt it, and we can go out.”

Hu Xiaoxian agreed with this idea. While in the dungeon, Tang Tang’s Phoenix Fire could even melt the ice iron of thousands of years, not to mention the ordinary steel.

To save time, Qin Haodong closed his eyes, and felt his surroundings with his powerful Spirit. Then he pointed to a wall and said, “This wall here is the thinnest. Tang Tang, start over here.”

After that, he put Tang Tang on the ground and stepped back with Hu Xiaoxian.

Tang Tang took a deep breath, her eyes flashing red light. Then she opened her mouth and let out a huge flame. The seemingly indestructible steel melted in the Phoenix Fire. Soon a passage was burnt out of the wall.

Five minutes later, they climbed out of the cooled passageway. By this time, they had left the underground experimental base and returned to the surface.

There was smoke and fire everywhere. It was just after noon, with the richest vitality the day. The scorching vitality raised Qin Haodong’s Flame Formation of Five Elements to its maximum power.

Ordinary flame certainly couldn’t burn underground base, but this was invisible flame of the Five Elements, which was almost indestructible, and could melt everything. At this time, there were flames rising above and below the ground, even the opening of the underground channel was burned down. The whole base was trapped underground, and there was no escape.

These people treated human life as nothing and experimented with human beings, never thinking that one day they would be burned to death.

Qin Haodong had no pity for these people. He again launched an incantation, making the Flame Formation of Five Elements to the extreme. The fire grew in intensity.

As the manipulator, he was able to get through the fire. The flames did not hinder them in any way.

At that point, a nearby patch of ground slowly opened up and was upgraded to an airfield where a helicopter was parked.

A pilot took the lead in the helicopter. After the plane started, the flames were blown around by a huge blast of air. Then Davis ran out with seven or eight bodyguards.

At first he wanted to put out the fire. After all, the underground base was his nest, but later he found all his efforts were in vain. The fire was so strange that it was getting bigger and bigger. Extinguishers and things like that were useless. In the end he had to give up fighting the fire.

Standing in front of the helicopter, he looked back at the underground base that had become a sea of fire, his heart dripping with blood. It was the result of his years of hard work, and now it was gone up in flames.

He tapped the safe in his hand, which contained the major technological advances of the past few years. With these things he could get back on his feet.

“Qin Haodong, damn it! You burned my underground base. But I can get back on my feet, while you’re dead.”

Davis swore angrily, venting his anger. Then he heard someone say, “Old man, are you scolding me?”

Davis was terrified out of his wits. He turned his head and saw Qin Haodong holding Tang Tang and appearing ghostly beside him. And next to him stood Hu Xiaoxian with a beautiful smile.

“How… how… how did you get out?”

Davis couldn’t imagine how Qin Haodong got out.

“You can’t possibly trap me with that thing!” Qin Haodong looked at him playfully and said, “Didn’t you say you were the god here? Now that the base is on fire, how can you escape alone? This is very bad. You’d better stay!”

“Kill him!”

Davis yelled, then turned around and ran into the helicopter.

The bodyguards got the order and rushed over to Qin Haodong.

They were certainly no match for Hu Xiaoxian and Qin Haodong. A minute later they were all on the ground, but by this time the helicopter was airborne.

“Qin Haodong, wait and see, I won’t let you off the hook!”

Davis bellowed wildly at Qin Haodong over the loud roar of the helicopter. By this time he already hated the man, who ruined his decades of efforts.

Hu Xiaoxian reached out and a M16 appeared in her palm. “Shall I shoot him down?” She asked.

Qin Haodong grabbed her and said, “Don’t worry. We want a living enemy, because I still have something to ask him.”

“But this guy’s going to run. If he escapes, it will be hard to find him.”

“Don’t worry. He can’t leave!” Qin Haodong said confidently. “Even the helicopter can’t leave my trapping formation. Besides, I have a Phantom Magic Field waiting for him.”

In midair, the pilot was expertly operating the helicopter when he suddenly noticed that all the instruments had failed, except the descending ones.

Davis looked down at the rising flames and called to the pilot, “What are you doing? Don’t you hurry?”

“Boss, the helicopter is broken!”

As he said this, the pilot suddenly noticed that several rocket projectiles had locked on his plane. Scared out of his wits, he quickly lowered the plane back to the ground.
