”Whoah!” Ian looked at his body and was astonished. He can feel the surge of power from his physique.

'A cheat. Ability scrolls are really powerful!' He thought to himself.

Naga was satisfied and said, ”Use the next scroll.”

Ian nodded and replied, ”Yes, Boss.”

He opened the scroll and runes and inscriptions floated in the air again then entered his body.

”Impulse of Valcan!” Ian exclaimed.

The 'Impulse of Valcan' is a skill that grants the user with the ability to see better details than human eyes but its main power is that for a certain duration, it will allow the user to view to the world in slow motion, an ability to manipulate time.

This skill's flaw is that it is putting too much strains in the body but it was countered by his Supreme Steel Physique.

'Cheating. This is cheating!' Ian can't believe it. He bowed down deeply to Naga.

”I don't know how I can repay you, Boss!” He said with gratitude.

”Hahaha! Just do your best and be confident!” Naga laughed and said.

He continued, ”Now try those equipments!”

Ian approached the table and took the chainmail.

”It is a 'Dragon Winged Armor', an armor created by the Golden Sky Palace for their human soldiers.” Hextor said.

Ian removed his shirt and wore the armor. He was surprised because it was light weight and it adjusted to his body.

”You can activate the wings by connecting to the armor using your mind.” Hextor said.

Ian nodded and closed his eyes. 'Activate.'

'Zziinng!'

”Whoah!” Ian flew into the air and looked at the two golden dragon wings connected to his armor.

He concentrated again and deactivate it.

Hextor was surprised. 'A fast learner.'

”Train your control of the wings. You need to be more efficient.” Hextor smiled and said.

”Yes! Thanks, Boss and Sir Hextor!” Ian said with excitement.

He picked the remaining item which is a bracelet. It was a jade bracelet with dragon carving.

”It is the 'Jade Serpent Dragon Spear', a weapon that can transform into a jewelry. It can also be activated using your mind.” Hextor explained to Ian.

Ian looked at Hextor and nodded.

He concentrated and activate the bracelet.

'Zziinng!'

A jade spear with dragon carving. Ian can feel that it is really powerful. 'I need to train diligently. I will not waste the effort of Sir Hextor and Boss.'

This time, Ian solemnly kneeled.

No words can express his gratitude. This day changed his life. Naga changed his destiny.

”Get up. I am doing this since I need a strong guardian and reliable driver.” Naga commanded.

Ian stood up firmly with tears on his eyes.

”Look at you, bastard! Hahaha!” Naga laughed.

Naga and Hextor provided him pointers as well. He listened carefully and took notes some of it.

When Ian left the gathering hall, Hextor asked him. ”Is it okay not to tell him how the demons created the Ability scrolls?”

Those ability scrolls are not simple ability scrolls. Those are high rank and can't be created using regular means.

”It is fine.” Naga smiled and said.

He continued, ”There are no defects. That's what important now.”

”I understand, My Lord.” Hextor replied.

”I will not give you any specific task this time. Use this chance to observe the city and give pointers to our people.” Naga stood up and started walking.

Hextor bowed down and looked at the leaving Naga. ”As you wish, My Lord.”
