”I appreciate your cooperation and help.” Naga said and smiled.
After Yuna and Naga talked about a certain matter, Naga decided to end the meeting and go back.
Yuna and the leader escorted him and Alfred to the gate.
Naga looked at Ian and frowned. 'He is wearing regular driver's clothing and no other equipments. I should do something about it.'
He entered the carriage and sat down comfortably.
Alfred bowed down to Yuna and the leader of the alliance before entering the carriage.
Naga saw this and said, ”Alfred is my right-hand man. He will take the lead from now on.”
”Yes, young lord.” The leader bowed down and said.
When the carriage started moving, the gangsters who are watching outside also left the area.
”Alfred, I will leave this task to you.”
He continued, ”Clean the south. This is for the commoners.” Naga said firmly.
”I will handle it, Boss.” Alfred looked at him and said.
Alfred is waiting for this moment. He wants to destroy the gangs who are oppressing the residents and the town in the south.
When they arrived at the manor, Naga sent a telepathic message to Hextor.
He went inside the gathering hall and waited for Hextor.
After an hour of waiting, Hextor arrived.
”Greetings, My Lord.” Hextor bowed respectfully and said.
”Good to see you. How was it?” Naga smiled and asked.
”My Lord, there are soldiers from the Northern Wyrm staying in the Overlord Mountain. Eryn stayed there to take care of the survivors.” Hextor reported to Naga.
He continued, ”The Princess of the Golden Sky Palace is coming.”
”What?” Naga frowned and asked.
Hextor helplessly smiled and said, ”The Kings of the Northern Wyrm Sea and Golden Sky Palace wanted to meet you but they decided to leave the task to the Princess.”
Naga nodded and said, ”Then let her visit us.”
He continued, ”Enough of that. I need equipments for my driver.”
”My Lord?” Hextor was surprised.
”I decided to make Ian my personal driver. You know that young man, right?” Naga asked.
”Yes. I have treasures suitable for him.” Hextor smiled and used his dragon storage magic.
He showed the items to Naga and explained the details.
Naga was satisfied with the equipments that Hextor showed him. He also took two of the scrolls he got from the high demon's camp.
Ian entered the gathering hall and bowed, ”Greetings, Boss.”
”From now on, you will be officially my personal driver. Do you know what it means?” Naga asked and smiled.
”Yes! I will give my best, Boss.” Ian said.
”Not just that. It also means that you need to be powerful. You are not just my driver but also my guard.” Naga said.
Hextor approached the table and two items were summoned.
”Boss?” Ian was surprised.
”Those are yours.” Hextor said with a serious tone.
”First, I will gift you two scrolls. These are ability scrolls.” Naga smiled and put two scrolls on the table.
'Ability scrolls!' Ian was greatly surprised.
These are the scrolls with skills in form of runes and inscriptions. Once used, the runes and inscriptions will enter the body of the user and will gain the skills automatically.
”We got it from a High Demon camp. They will use it most probably to bribe human experts. Luckily we got it.” Naga explained and smiled.
”Use it. Those are great skills.” Hextor said.
Ian looked at the scrolls and nodded. He wanted to be an expert but it is impossible with his weak body.
He opened the scroll with the 'Supreme Steel Body' skill.
