Naga went out of the carriage and looked at the gangsters. He smiled and entered the building.

”That kid! He really gave me chills!” One of the gangsters said.

”You are right! At first, I thought that he was just a regular commoner but that night...”

”Fire arrows. That kid is a demon who killed people while smiling.”

The gangsters bowed when Naga looked at them and they started talking when Naga and Alfred entered the base.

Naga and Alfred were escorted to a huge room. It was a luxury hall which is incomparable to the outer appearance of the base.

There was a painting of a huge celestial looking snake at the ceiling.

Alfred looked at it and thought to himself. 'Is it the Bakunawa that Boss is talking about?'

Yuna moved forward and bowed.

She said, ”Young master, welcome. I apologize since this meeting was delayed for a long time. I was asked to return to our main temple.”

”I don't mind. How are you?” Naga smiled and asked.

”I am fine. On behalf of our supreme leader, thank you for helping us.” Yuna bowed and said.

The leader of the alliance bowed as well and said, ”Thank you for visiting us, young lord.”

Naga looked at them and smiled.

”Please have a seat.” The leader said.

One of the servants escorted Naga to his seat. Foods and drinks were served too.

”Yuna told me that you will stay here and help us with whatever we need?” Naga asked then get a knife to cut his stakes.

Yuna watched him carefully. She was quite bothered when Naga picked up the knife.

”Yes, I am. As a martial expert, I am more useful here.” The alliance leader said.

”What happened to the other leaders?” Naga asked and then started eating his steak.

”We disposed them. They hesitated when we opposed the Seven Sword.” Yuna responded.

”I see. You used that reason to totally removed the opposition.” Naga said and smiled.

'This steak is good.' He thought.

Alfred looked at Naga and smiled. 'The Boss really likes the steak.'

”The gangs are dominating the east and the south district. The nobles and powerful clans stayed in the west while the city lord and the officials have total control of the North. Alas, the central district is a playground for the merchants. This place is somehow not good to live, yes?” Naga asked while eating his steak.

”The Profound Sky is declining. Even the royal family of this empire is supporting the dukes who wanted to suppressed this city. Most of the gangs and associations here are people under those dukes.” Yuna said with serious tone.

She continued, ”Honestly... without your House of Iron Crow, this place is about to go down in two year's time.”

”I heard.” Naga said.

'The talent of Cris in gathering of information is really superb.' He thought.

”What do you think, Alfred?” He asked.

”The residents, the commoners don't deserve this. Also, the kind old duke's family doesn't deserve this, Boss.” Alfred said with a firm tone.

”Right.” Naga answered.

He looked at Yuna and the leader, ”What do you think we should do?”

”Change of structure.” Yuna responded.

”Correct.” Naga responded.

”It is difficult, young lord.” The leader said.

”That's why I need your help.” Naga stopped eating and smiled.

”I want to clear the south. Remove the stupid greedy merchants from the center. Also, destroy the unnecessary clans in the west.” He said.

He continued, ”I am generous enough to leave the east untouch. Of course, North will still be a teritory of the City Lord.”

'This young lord is a true villain. This is not a request or a proposal, this is a command. Leave the east untouch? It will be his payment for our help.' The leader thought to himself.

He looked at Yuna and waited for her response.

Yuna looked at Naga and thought for a bit.

”We will support you, young master. It is already given that the alliance is under your command.” She said with a firm tone.

”Good to know. I am thankful to Miss Yuna and the great leader of the alliance.” Naga smiled and started eating again.

Alfred looked at Naga and smiled. 'This city is about to change for good.'
