”Greetings, Lord Naga.” Hextor said and smiled.
”What happened?” Naga stood up and asked.
”I talked to him. He wanted to follow you, My Lord. Hextor said and stood up as well.
Naga smiled and nodded. 'I didn't expect but I think that this is good.'
They went to the valley again. The man, who is still chained, looked at the two and smiled.
”Release and Break.” Naga commanded.
Multiple scrolls floated in the air and the chains transformed into inscriptions and runes then entered the scroll. After that, the scrolls closed and entered Naga's ring.
”I heard that you wanted to follow me.” Naga said and looked at the man.
The man was massaging his right wrist when he heard Naga. He immediately kneeled.
”Thank you for removing the chains. I appreciate your kindness, young noble. Sorry for attacking you before.” The man said.
He continued, ”Yes. I hope that you would give me the chance. Hextor told me that you are creating your underground family and I would like to pledge my loyalty.
”I see. It is good tha....” Naga was not able to finish what he wanted to say because he was astonished with what happened next.
The man bit his lower lip and the blood that came from it floated in the air then transformed into a magical light red paper.
”Dragon Blood Contract!” Hextor was surprised. He didn't expect the man to be this serious.
Naga was greatly surprised hearing what Hextor said. The Dragon Blood Contract is the official agreement for a master servant relationship between human and dragon. It was magic created by an ancient dragon who followed a human. Ancient dragons viewed it as the most disgraceful magic created. Dragons are supposed to be higher beings than lowly humans.
”Wait.” Naga said.
”I hope that you will accept this contract. I am previously a human before using the door. I was supposed to be a human still after using the door but my thirst for power and the pure bloodline gifted by the door dominated my human soul.” The man said.
Naga nodded and accepted it as respect to the man's decision. He looked at the blank floating red paper. Hextor told him what to do and how to activate it. Using his blood, Naga wrote on the paper. After that, the paper burnt and turned to runic inscriptions and entered the man's heart.
”Thank you, Master.” The man bowed.
”Draxus.” Naga called his name. He learned it from the scroll.
”Yes, Master.” Draxus stood straight.
”Thank you. I will not waste your talent and trust.” Naga smiled and threw a stone to him.
”Untaited Dragon Heart!” Draxus and Hextor were surprised. They didn't expect Naga to give such a precious gift.
”Th.. thank you, Master!” Draxus was really happy.
”Cool. Use it. We will leave tomorrow.” Naga smiled and said.
They went back to the manor. Naga didn't have a good rest yet and decided to use this time to relax and sleep. Hextor prepared things he or their group might need. Draxus is busy in consuming the Dragon Heart's magic.
The morning came and Naga woke up. He took a bath and put his commoner's clothes on then he went outside the manor. He saw both Hextor and Draxus waiting. Draxus is now wearing a suit given by Hextor. His long blond hair is now short and he trimmed his beard.
”Good morning, My Lord.” ”Good morning, Master.” Both of them greeted Naga.
Naga nodded to them and asked, ”Are you ready?”
”Yes. Done with preparation, My Lord.” Hextor said.
”Once we leave what will happen to this place?” Naga asked curiously.
