”Yes. When he was young, he was bitten by a dog and had post-traumatic stress disorder.” Shen Mo said. ”You don't know how naughty he was when he was a child.” Then the figure of a little boy appeared in front of him as he was talking.

At that time, they spent a happy time with each other. But now, the two brothers were almost strangers. It would be wonderful if time could stop at that age.

”Young Master Mo, do you eat the wax gourd? I'm going to make a braised white gourd.” Xia Yu interrupted Shen Mo’s meditation.

”It depends on you.” Shen Mo returned to his thought and said to Xia Yu with a smile.

Xia Yu picked another big wax gourd while Shen Mo was holding it out of the vegetable garden like a carrier. They all had vegetables in their hands and were followed by a puppy.

After putting the vegetables in the kitchen, Xia Yu thought of a question and immediately asked Shen Mo. ”There should be fish in the pond outside, right?”

”Yes, there is. Do you want to go fishing? There are fishing rods on the farm.”

It seemed that he was also interested in it. And then he turned to walk out of the kitchen. It did not take long for him to bring in two fishing rods as well as a small bucket special for fishing.

A row of willows was planted on the side of the pond. The hat wouldn't be needed because it was very shady. After sprinkling the bait and throwing the fishing line in the water, they sat in a chair, waiting for the fish to get hooked.

It was so comfortable and relaxing when the wind blew on their faces. Since Xia Yu started to be an actor, there was little time for her to relax. If Shen Yan had been with her now, she would have been even more joyful.

Xia Yu teased the puppy beside her feet, and this puppy seemed to please Xia Yu in return. It was acting like a spoiled child next to her, and Xia Yu was really pleased with it. Before long, Shen Mo suddenly stood up and picked up the fishing rod. They didn't expect that a fish was hooked so quickly. It was a squid.

”You can do the braised squid now.” He threw the fish into the bucket and said with a smile.

Only half an hour later, he caught three fish in a row. And Xia Yu even didn't catch a piece of grass. She was so disappointed. Were the fish all female? All of them rushed to his hook.

After about ten minutes, the floating ball on the water finally began to move. Xia Yu immediately stood up excitedly. When the float was moving more obviously, she picked up the fishing rod. She didn't expect that she couldn't pull it up. She chuckled to herself in her mind because it seemed to be a big one.

When she could not pull the fish out of the water for more than ten seconds, she was anxious and began to call others for help. ”Young Master Mo, help me quickly. It must be a big fish.”

Shen Mo came over and grabbed her fishing rod. In a few seconds, the fish was caught up. Xia Yu screamed happily because it was a grass carp of about ten pounds. She looked at the man next to her complacently, and he also responded to her with a smile.

”These fish are enough for us to eat. Let's go back!” As he said that, he lifted the fish barrel and returned to the house.

It was half past eleven. So, Xia Yu began to cook with an apron. Standing at the door of the kitchen, Shen Mo stared at Xia Yu quietly and leaned against the door frame casually.

She prepared three dishes and one soup, which were all homemade. But the taste was better than usual because the vegetables were picked from the garden just now. Besides, the vegetables and the fish were all so fresh.

Xia Yu looked at Shen Mo opposite to her and found that his chopsticks and mouth didn't rest for a second as if he had been hungry for many days. Those were just simple home cooking, but he looked like he was eating the delicacies. He did not put down the chopsticks until all the plates were empty. After eating, he took a piece of paper towel and wiped his mouth gracefully. Then Xia Yu could hear the burp clearly from him.

An unnatural blush appeared immediately on Shen Mo's face. He stood up quickly to clean up the dishes and said to her, ”You just have a rest. I will clean here.”

Xia Yu grunted assent straightly without standing on ceremony to him. She went outside and took out the phone to call Shen Yan. They had been talking for a long time, and then she pressed the ending button reluctantly.

When she turned her head back, she found that Shen Mo stood not far away and looked at her profoundly, showing no expressions on his face. However, his eyes were so dreadful.

”Walk with me for a while.”

Xia Yu could only agree with him since he made the request. She followed him to walk around the farm. It was not embarrassing for them even though he did not talk to Xia Yu and Xia Yu kept silent all the time.

As the sun went down the horizon, Xia Yu was a little anxious in her mind that Shen Mo had no intention of talking to her or leaving. But since she had promised him, she didn't urge him by any words at all.

”Let's stay here for one night.” Shen Mo stood firmly on the side of the road and said to Xia Yu when looking at the sunset. ”Do you think the sunset is beautiful?”

”Yes, it's beautiful.” Xia Yu responded, but she was wondering whether this man ignored the management of his company especially to come here to see the sunset with her.

Even if he really wanted a break to enjoy the sunset from his busy life, he shouldn't find her as his companion. She didn't bother him but just peeked at him, only to find that he was very focused.

”Do you have anything to say?” Feeling the gaze of Xia Yu, Shen Mo looked back at her.

”No. I am just thinking that if Young Master Mo doesn't plan to go back today, should I prepare the dinner now?” Xia Yu said with a smile. Since it was Shen Mo who had something to talk with her, he would do it certainly. Xia Yu could wait.

Shen Mo looked back at the sunset again and said after a while, ”Yes, it’s already night. Okay, you can prepare dinner now.”

”Okay, I will call you if I finish.” After saying that, Xia Yu turned around to the farm.

Shen Mo's body suddenly got frozen because the words which she just said sounded so familiar to him. Once upon a time, a girl said the same words to him. He was very touched and that was why he chose her.

Later, they separated due to various reasons, and most of the previous memories were forgotten by him. But somehow, this sentence often emerged in his mind.

Although after so many years, he could always think of these words in a quiet night or in his free time. Then, the girl's sweet smile would appear in his mind.

He thought that he would never hear the same words again in his life, but today he heard it from another girl. Looking at the back of Xia Yu, somehow he smiled suddenly.

To his surprise, he should hear the same words from Xia Yu who was not the same type as that girl completely. Shen Mo kept watching her back until she entered the farm. He did not look away until she was out of his sight.
