7 Episode 7- The Meet Up (1/2)

Carrie, Mike, Eva, Ella and Bailey all were walking down the hot road. They kept searching for a car.

”My legs hurt” Mike groaned. He looked at Carrie. He felt bad about earlier. He also noticed she has not spoken since the they left the car. All she had been doing was staring at the ground. ”Carrie you alright?”

Carrie being asked that said ”I don't know. All this stuff with John leaving and zombies...” she sighed. ”I just don't think that I can take anymore: she didn't say anything else. She also was worried about the dream. It really did feel real. But she didn't tell Mike or anyone. She knew want them to worry or something.

”Carrie I know. Its going to be okay. I mean look at me. I lost my parents in a accident seven years ago and I'm still okay” Mike said smiling.

Carrie looked up at him. She had forgotten that Mike doesn't have really any family but his sisters and grandparents. ”Yeah but...”She started to say when a honk came from behind them.

They all turned to see a somewhat beat up car behind them.

”Hes one of those guys from the farmhouse.” Mike said looking worried.

”I remember.” Carrie said grabbing a nearby rock. She started to throw rocks at the windshield. ”FUCK YOU!” she screamed.

”CARRIE LANGUAGE!” A man got out yelling.

Carrie stopped. She had froze. Tears ran down her face. ”John?” she dropped the rock as the man approached. It was him. She ran to him. Hugging him tightly.

”Listen this is Finn. He helped me out getting away from Simon” John looked at Finn. ”Right?”

Finn nodded.

Eva looked around. ”Joe?” she was about to cry.

John looked at her. ”Backseat”

She ran to the car. The girls ran too with their mother.

”Daddy!” both girls yelled.

”John how did you get away?” Carrie asked confused.

”Well it was hard but we...” John started to say when Eva asked ”John whats wrong with Joe?”

John turned towards her. ”Um well...that bastered Simon hit him in the head.” John looked at the ground hoping she would believe him.

”Oh.” Eva looked at her husband. She kissed his forehead.

”Okay everyone into the car” John said rushing everyone to the car.

”Wait John how are we all going to fit in that small car?” Carrie said as she looked at the small car.

”Simple. Me, you and Finn in the front and everyone else in the back.” John got in the drivers seat.

Everyone got in but Carrie and Finn.

”Do you want me or you to sit in the...” Finn started to say when Carrie said ”You go in first. Ill sit in your lap” Finn started to blush. He did just that. Carrie sat in his lap shutting the door.

John started the car.
