36 Basic Knowledge Even A Newb Knows (1/2)
We'd easily passed through the doorway and had ended up outside of the hospital. Haru was the last one to step through the door after he did the door vanished. Looking back at the hospital, I was happy to be out of it.
Looking around, I saw a very interesting landscape. We'd come out of the hospital that was situated atop a giant hill. Further down the hill, I could see all sorts of attractions. There was a huge Ferris Wheel. I could also make out a huge building that refracted light, it was a giant mirror.
There were other things around, I noticed a school and a huge alleyway that was dedicated to food trucks and food shops. I could make out a couple humanoid shapes down in the alleyway.
Looking around a bit more, I noticed that the land was all messed up, it would dip and curve in odd angles as if gravity had a different effect in each area.
Tilting my head upwards I look at my sky, I got a huge shock as I looked upwards. There were two huge moons hanging in the sky, and they each had a face on them, one was smiling while the other one was frowning.
They hung large above head, so large that it was physically impossible.
”You shouldn't get hung up on the details of the world, they change as you move from world to world,” Haru replied easily.
”You don't say,” I laugh nervously holding onto my new pet tighter.
”Mistress if you need a shoulder to lean on then you can always use me!” Envy claims as he moves towards me, I dodge his hug.
”Don't touch Alice with your dirty hands you disgusting clown!” Jade's little voice piped up. He was still firmly situated on my shoulder.
”Butt out Kitty Kat, don't push my buttons or we can have some spit roasted kitty tonight!” Envy threatened, Jade shivered as he pressed his tiny body into my neck.
”Envy why don't you return, I think I'll be okay without you for a bit,” I say waving my hand.
Before he could reply his body melts a pentagram form and he got sucked quickly into it.

”Now then, looks like the annoyance is gone,” I mutter placing my new pet on the ground. Its little head looks up towards me with its pretty cyan eyes.
”Do you know how to get to the town?”
”If we head straight, we should run into some signs. It shouldn't be too far from us though,” he says walking forwards heading towards the gate of this place.
I follow behind him.
”What makes you say that?”
”There are some other Players down there, normally if you see other humans that mean you're close to a town. Every major world will have towns. Even if you think you've been transported to the most backwaters of worlds.” He explains.
”Then should you interact with the other players you meet?” I might as well get as much information out of him as I could. Plus I was starting to view him as a friend, almost like an older brother figure even.
