Lin Mingyue hesitated before she knocked on the door. She entered once the person inside gave her permission to come in. ”Doctor Yan Han, are you still busy?”
The female doctor looked up when she heard Lin Mingyue's voice and smiled. ”Hey, Mingyue. What brings you here?”
Mingyue lifted the takeaway lunch in her hand higher. ”I met your assistant in the canteen. She said you hadn't had your lunch yet. So I came to bring you food.”

Doctor Yan laughed. ”Come in. Sit down. We haven't hung out together for a while.”
Lin Mingyue closed the door behind her, placed the takeaway box on the table, and sat down. She watched the way her friend salivated as she looked at the dishes and laughed. ”If you know you're hungry, why didn't you take a short break and have your lunch?”
”Don't say it,” Doctor Yan picked up the chopsticks and clipped the braised chicken. ”I saw a patient today, and he took a longer time than he should. The patient condition was not too good. It took me a while to let him calm down. What about you? Why are you not busy?”
”I have surgery next morning,” Lin Mingyue said helplessly.
”Right, are you free this weekend? Let's go shopping together.”
”Sorry. I'm going hiking with my sister and her friends.”
Doctor Yan was disappointed. The two talked a bit about work and other things as Lin Mingyue accompanied her for lunch. Doctor Yan started to clean up her table once she finished. ”I almost forgot,” Doctor Yan said. ”Have you been having that recurring dreams?”
Lin Mingyue and Doctor Yan Han started interning in the hospital around the same time. Because of that, the two was quite close. Once Mingyue heard that Doctor Yan was from Health and Mental Department, she had asked about her recurring dreams.
”I still have those recurring dreams,” Mingyue admitted.
Doctor Yan was surprised to hear her words. ”What? It has been going on for years. Mingyue, this is not normal. How about I booked you for a session?”
Lin Mingyue waved a hand. ”That's alright. I attended a few session a few years ago, and nothing worked.”
”How about I refer you to my professor?”
”No need. Those dreams were not harmful. Besides, the frequency of this dream is getting lesser.”
”Don't say that. In a psychological aspect, it might be harmful.”
Seeing that her friend's expression had turned darker, Mingyue immediately agreed. ”Then, I'll just follow your suggestion.” she hesitated as she saw her friend wrote something in her book.
”What's troubling you?” Doctor Yan said. She lifted her head and watched Lin Mingyue with a scrutinizing gaze. From her friend's body language, Yan Han could guess that Mingyue had some worries.
”Yan Han, actually in the past few months, I keep seeing an image in my brain.”
Doctor Yan frowned. ”How long have you been having this? What is it about?”
”Well, since two, three months ago,” Lin Mingyue admitted. She lowered her head to hide her embarrassment. ”I keep seeing the silhouette of a man. I cannot see his face, but when he showed up in my head, I had a feeling that he should be familiar with me.”
”I know what it is.” Doctor Yan leaned on her chair and smiled teasingly.
