“Don’t worry. There’s no rush. Take it slowly and you’ll remember everything. Soon, you’ll be the Xia Na you originally were.”

Ling Mo smiled satisfyingly and pinched her cheeks.

But Xia Na’s words made Ling Mo freeze, “I don’t want to become… that Xia Na. I’m the same kind as Lian. So… I don’t want to remember.”

Her intelligence has restored quite a lot for her to think of this… Ling Mo stared at Xia Na and smiled bitterly.

It was true; regardless of whether Xia Na regained all of her intelligence or not, her identity as a zombie would never change. As they continued to evolve, both Xia Na and Ye Lian were going to stray further from the concept of a normal human. Even if they eventually regain their sanity, no one will treat them as humans. And when they looked at other humans, they would look at them like butchers looking at prey.

Ling Mo suddenly felt like he should’ve realized this already. Although Xia Na regained some of her memories, she was extremely hostile to strangers. Even though she recognized Wang Ling, her attitude was rather cold. Perhaps part of kinship in her memories was awakened, making her say what she just said. But her feelings were merely memories, not emotions right now.

It was her instinct as a zombie. Although their food had turned into gels and not as brutal as eating human flesh, they wouldn’t be so friendly to living people as zombies.

She still looked like Xia Na, but her inside was completely different now…

Then Ye Lian should be the same…

Seeing that Ling Mo fell silent, Xia Na could feel his messy and confused state of mind through their connection.

She suddenly pinched Ling Mo’s cheek lightly. “You are not the same kind. But… Different from others.”

Ling Mo’s heart warmed a little.

As their connection deepened, he could feel that Xia Na and Ye Lian became closer and closer to him.

Indeed, as long as they saw him differently from others, isn’t that enough?

Ling Mo’s expressions changed drastically. He felt this the first time he kissed Ye Lian!

But he didn’t become a zombie later so he only thought that it was just a psychological effect. But when it happened again, it proved that what happened before and right now are real feelings!

Obviously, it wasn’t a sign of becoming a zombie.

Perhaps other than blood, all the other fluids in their body contain viruses? But if it contained a virus, why didn’t he become a zombie? He had no way to test his guesses.

Last time, this strange feeling continued for more than twenty minutes but this time lasted shorter. After two or three minutes, Ling Mo already returned to normal.

And until now, he abruptly discovered something shocking!

After the hungover feeling ceased, his head never felt so clear and all the energy he consumed earlier seemed to return to his body!

It looked like the fluids that the zombie girls produced weren’t only non-poisonous, but it was useful in many ways! From the results alone, they were similar to stimulants.

It was probably something like wasp poison or snake venom. Different methods and different purity of these poisons weren’t harmful to the human body, but they were instead beneficial!

The zombie virus was scary but after “purified” in their bodies and mixed with their fluids, they became edible stimulants!

Ling Mo’s eyes immediately lit up. His glance towards the girls became more passionate and blazing.
