One of them spat saliva towards where the source of her voice was coming from and said, ”What makes you think that we would give out a name?”

Ya Nuo smirked, ”Of course you wouldn't easily give out your boss' name. I only gave you two a chance to confess before I get to my torturing methods to interrogate you guys. I'll do a countdown from three to one. If I don't get a reply by then, you'll be suffering very badly.” Her voice sounded steady and lack of hesitance.

Mainly because their vision was blurred by the dirt, she had less to be afraid of. She acted cooly and freely while circling around them. Without their sense of sight, any sounds around them would cause them high anxiety and alertness. Ya Nuo was playing with them psychologically by creating random footstep and objects falling noises.

After circling them a few times, she did the countdown and took out a box from her bag. Before she fed one of them an oval shaped product from the box, she purposely shook the box right next to their ears.

”If you want to torture us then just make a move. What's with the lame noises huh? I dare you! Dare you try something!” The man grinned confidently as if he was mocking her for playing small tricks on them. 'I won't fall for your sly tricks this easily! I'm not scared!'

Gulp.

The arrogant chatty man annoyed Ya Nuo, so she chose him to be the guinea pig. ”What did you feed me?” He asked lowering his voice.

Ya Nuo laughed, ”Nothing. It's just some herb medicine that makes people feel extreme pain in the lower abdomen area. I have the antidote, but if you want it, you'll have to pay for it.”

At first, the man who ate the pill thought she was just bluffing, and everything was a lie. After a few minutes, his stomach started hurting to the point where tears trailed down his face and sweat made his nipples transparent through his thin tank top.

His partner turned pale after hearing his partners painful groans from the pill's effect. It only took a few more threats for the partner to surrender and give them the name, ”Gu Wing.”

”Very well. Here's the antidote. A few trips to the bathroom and it'll be cleansed from your system.” Ya Nuo gave the suffering man another pill and allowed them to leave.

After they had left, Huan Hei was extremely curious on what Ya Nuo fed that man, so he asked, ”Nuo, what did you feed him? Why did he feel so much pain? Laxative? The guy was holding onto his stomach and clenching his thighs together when he was carried away by his partner.”

”Expired dark chocolate that is super bitter. I bought it a while ago, but forgot about it. I didn't want to waste food, so I gave him them,” she spoke casually as if she had planned this all out. 'Actually, I had one earlier and ended up with a massive stomach ache. How could I possibly not share it with these awful bastards who treat human life as nothing?'

”Hahahha, that poor man must be looking for the bathroom now.”

”He deserved it. Most importantly, are you hurt? Mei Ching.” Ya Nuo's eyes met the fragile woman's fearful eyes.

Mei Ching shook her head, but the horrifying experience left her traumatized as she thought about what would have happened if Ya Nuo and Huan Hei didn't come right on time.

Judging from Mei Ching's reaction, Ya Nuo decided to not beat around the bushed like last time and must confirm her identity today. She asked, ”What is your relationship to Gu Wing? And why is she coming after you?”
