During class, Ya Nuo was fighting the slumber devil from stirring her brain juice and the temptation of drifting off to dreamland. After a day of classes, Ya Nuo felt like her brain malfunctioned from how far behind she was in her studies. Huan Hei took pictures of the notes from classmates and made two copies of each assignment handout that they missed.

He rubbed her head dotingly, ”let's go home.”

Ya Nuo nodded and packed her schoolbag before sloppily lean against Hei on their way home.

Huan Hei replied, ”Your innate senses are beyond phenomenal. You only need to use your ears to know what's going on. But what does a person getting chased by two people has to do with us? Should we hide?”

Ya Nuo smirked, ”We know that person. I recognize the person's scent. We don't need to hide. Just stay in the same position and watch first.” She pulled him aside, and they waited for their guest to show up.

Soon, Mei Ching appeared and behind her was two buff men with tattoos all over their arms. The two men were wearing tank tops, revealing their horrendous muscular body and violent killer tattoos. Even though Huan Hei and Ya Nuo have been practicing martial arts since young, they might not have enough strength to beat the two men if they tried.

Ya Nuo quickly thought of an idea, ”Hei, let's help her. I have an idea.”

Mei Ching turned the corner into an alleyway, facing a dead end. The two men were right behind her. Her ghastly pale complexion and skinny figure made her look like an easy prey to kill. Her body trembled vigorously. Her mouth was wide opened as if she was mouthing ”Please. No!” Her palms were waving at the men. Finally, she clapped her hands together, bowed and begged them to let her off.
