81 Chapter 81- Prints Disappeared (2/2)

Wei Wei: ”There must be something in that room…but after this it'll be even harder for us to get in him house to look for them.”

Zhi Hei: ”let's rest for the night and continue planning tomorrow. Huan Hei, you can stay over tonight so it'll save us time with making up plans.”

Huan Hei nodded and looked out of the window hoping Ya Nuo is still safe and unharmed.

Master Yang watched the crowd leave and waited till they drove away before telling Gu Wing to deliver food, water, and the first aid kit to Ya Nuo and Nana.

Gu Wing: ”They're not that weak. A night without dinner wont kill them.”

Master Yang: ”Nonsense! They're my money tree. Ya Nuo needs to look presentable to her suitors and that other girl is Huang family's only daughter. I can get a large amount of ransom from her so she can't die! If anything happens to them then it'll be a huge loss! You understand?”

Gu Wing: ”...yes. I'll go and see what we have.”

Master Yang turned around and touched her face, ”my dear, I only have you by my side. I don't know who else will help me with these things.”

Gu Wing smiled, ”of course, I'm your wife. If I don't help you, who will? This is my job.”

Master Yang: ”Alright, go quickly so we can sleep. I'll wait for you.”

Gu Wing: ”Okay. I'll be up with you very soon.”

Even though she didn't want to, Gu Wing still reluctantly took a bag of baked goods and a few water bottles to the underground attic. She grinned evilly after entering the pretty decorated room and turned on the lights. Earlier, she saw two officers entering the room, but left without finding anything.

”Even if those pumpkins get to this room and discover something suspicious, they won't be able to figure out how to get down there.” Gu Wing whispered to herself as placed the food down onto the floor.

She walked to the Newton's cradle decoration and moved it 5 centimeters to the right on the table and then knocked the Newton ball on one side to trigger the response of the other side.

”1...2..3..4...5,” she counted before stopping the balls from continuing. After that, she moved the Newton's cradle back to its original position and a handle appeared on the side of the wall. She pulled the lever and a balance scale came out. On one side of the scale is a mini Buddha statue and the other side is empty. Gu Wing quickly took the feather pen that was on the table and put it on the empty scale. After that, a pathway opened up in the wall. She smirked and walked downstairs with the bag of food and medical kit.

Gu Wing's high heel tapping sounds woke Ya Nuo and Nana up. The sound of the ancient rusty door screeched as it opened and light brightened up the room. Ya Nuo and Nana squinted from the brightness and slowly opened their eyes to look at their surroundings. It was horrifying. The amount of layered dirt and dust in the room along with the questionable deep brown stains on the walls made it a hundred times worse than it was when it was pitch dark. There were scratches and weird drawings on the wall too. Random objects were scattered in the room and a mixture of dead and alive roaches were almost everywhere.
