“What if I insist on going?” Jun Xiqing raised her eyebrows as she stared back at him without any fear.

Lu Yeming suddenly strode over to her, forcing her backward. “These few days I have been thinking of you every night. It is best for you not to provoke a man who has been frustrated over several consecutive nights.”

“Let go of me!” Jun Xiqing put her hands on his chest, as she tried to push him away.

Without waiting for a response, Lu Yeming leaned toward her red lips.

As Jun Xiqing tried to think of a way to escape, a pail of ice water came splashing down, accurately dousing Lu Yeming from head to toe.

Jun Xiqing immediately jumped aside. She looked up to see an open window and Ping Ping holding an empty pail. With one hand propped against her hip, she scolded loudly. “Look everyone! This man is truly shameless. He already has a wife but continues to pester my Missus to be his mistress!”

The nearby pedestrians all turned to look at the commotion.

“Look, that man is really shameless.”

“Men like him who can’t control their lust, they should be castrated!”

Having been caught in the downpour, Lu Yeming was completely wet. His white shirt and black pants were clinging to his body, as tiny water droplets dripped down his handsome profile. His black eyes were full of malevolence.

Everyone pointed and whispered at him, criticizing his morals.

Jun Xiqing laughed rudely. This was the first time in her life seeing this great President Lu in such a wretched state.

Wasting no time, Jun Xiqing turned around and fled.

Lu Yeming remained fixed to his original spot. A few seconds later, he returned to his luxury car with his handsome face completely black.
