Wei Wan stood before The Li's Company building for two hours and she still could not meet up with Li Rong. Even her messages were not replied to by him.

-[Rong Baby, shall we meet?]

-[Honey, I booked a restaurant for us to have lunch, have you eaten?]

-[I am outside your company now]

-[Rong Baby!!]

As time passed by, the employees of the Li company were giving Wei Wan weird looks. The receptionist had a mocking smile when Wei Wan inquired about whether Li Rong had returned from his meeting or what time he was expected to be free.

Wei Wan was so angry that her body started shaking. These days the more she was angry, the more she felt her mind was in chaos. Since she was outside, for the sake of her reputation, Wei Wan could only suppress her anger and stormed off in disappointment.

Li Rong stood by a window from the second floor and watched her every reaction. His heart hurt a little for ignoring her like that, but his mind warned him of the consequences if he was to meet up with her.

Li Rong ordered Secretary Wen, ”Find me Yue Wan's location right now.”

Before going home, Yue Wan went to the supermarket to buy ingredients for tonight's dinner.

As she stepped into the mall, she saw a moving platform that ran along all the walkways in both directions just like in the airports. Professional shopping guides were smiling at every entrance, always ready for more business, and the organized chaos of the mall made her smile in happiness.

Yue Wan stepped onto the moving sidewalk with a cart in her grip. Soon, more than half of it was filled with groceries with many more to go. As she was going to check out, she clashed with another person...

A ”Bang” sound could be heard as one shopping cart hit the other.

Yue Wan innocently looked up as the contents from other carts started to fall down.

”Ahhh...” A feeble groan of a woman's voice was heard, followed by concern voice of a familiar woman that Yue Wan didn't want to meet.

”Tong Tong, are you alright?”

Yue Wan clicked her tongue in annoyance after seeing her nemesis, Wei Wan. 'I should have brought Little Bao with me, or checked the calendar before going out.'

She was really unlucky!

Wei Wan had already caught a glimpse of Yue Wan as she entered the mall but still, she maintained her sweet and gentle voice as she blurted out: ”Wan!! You're here?”

Yue Wan didn't acknowledge her and walked past her to pay the bill on another free checkout counter.
