92 92 Lunch Chatter (1/2)

Amelia bowed her head and looked at the last meal that was set up beside herself. ”Gabriel? If you are awake you can come and eat with us. It would be shameful if the food Kuma made went to waste.”

Gabriel turned over and looked at her. ”I'm coming.” He got up and fixed his yukata before joining them at the table. He looked at Amelia and Itsuki before he sat down. ”I do not mind that you are sitting next to Itsuki. He is a god kid and I thank you for leaving me the other spot next to Amelia.”

Miyuki smiled at Gabriel. ”I thought that is where you would want to be. I am not as important as you and the boy has taken a liking to Amelia so I will not stop him either but I see here by sitting in front of her.”

”That is a good point.” He reached his hand over and touched her hand that was resting on her knee. He ran his thumb on the side of her hand.

Amelia picked up her chopsticks and bowed her head. ”Itadakimasu.” She then eats the first bite of rice. She lifted the meat bun up and took a small bite. She smiled and looked at the soup that was on her plate. She picked up the spoon and slowly ate it.

Gabriel picked up his chopsticks and started eating with his other hand and looked at Amelia as she ate small bites. He was ambidextrous and made sure that both hands were equally as strong so that no matter what he would be able to work even if one got injured. ”Itadakimasu.” He started on the fish that was on his plate still holding her hand the whole time.

Amelia blushed and kept eating the food. She didn't look at Gabriel but she could feel his hand on hers and she was blissful. She placed the chopsticks down and started to drink the soup broth.

Gabriel finally left her to have both of her hands to drink her soup and continued to eat his food as if nothing happened. ”Thank you, Miyuki for all that you have been doing.”

”Young Master, there is nothing to worry about. This is part of my duties and I will not do anything that will upset Amelia. Also, Amelia is the one that requested that I ask her to call her by her name.” Miyuki was eating her food and smiled.

”That is true.” Amelia placed the soup bowl down and slowly ate the meat bun. ”I want to be closer to a friend with Miyuki. I hope that you do not mind?”

”Amelia, if that is what you want. I will not fight you on this. If that is what you want then I see no issues with this. Miyuki you do not need to worry about this and I will make sure that if anyone complains about it I will take care of it.” Gabriel was smiling, not really worried about this as it is but a small issue.

Miyuki beamed with happiness. ”Thank you, Young Master!”

Amelia smiled and placed her hands together. ”Gochisosama.” She didn't touch the eggs and handed the little plate to Miyuki. ”Thank you for all the good care you have been providing.” She then took a sip of tea.
