”The fruits are not completely in your system yet but they will start to take effect next month. All you need to do is be strong for a little longer and then you will be safe.” The Goddess touched Amelia's cheek. ”Inari, it is time to go home.”

”Thank you, I will do what I can to stay alive.” Amelia bowed her head and then rested her head against his chest.

”I will do everything that I can to take care of her. Inari we will catch up next time. Go on with your mother.” Gabriel smiled and gave a little wave. Once they were gone he looked down at her. ”I really do all that I can to help you.”

”I know that you will. I am sorry that I am not healthy like normal girls. But I will love you for as long as my time will allow it.” She reached her hand up and touched his cheek.

”Why don't you rest a little bit? You look tired.” Gabriel kissed her forehead and smiled at her sweetly. He saw her nod her head and fall asleep.

Kazuki came out to the tree and saw Gabriel and the girl. ”Thank you for clearing things with Mother. She is completely smitten with Suzuka. How is she doing?”

”It is no big issue. I really wanted the help so that I could spend more time with Amelia. I do not feel comfortable leaving her alone for such a long time. As you can see. She has finally fallen asleep.” Gabriel looked down at her and watched her sleep.

”I think I now understand why you fell for her. She is beautiful and I think that you are very happy.” Kazuki looked at the two and smiled. ”I look forward to seeing her move around and smile at you. I think that You two make an adorable couple.”

”Kazuki, I am glad that you finally came home. I missed having you here. You pain in the ass.” Gabriel chuckles and kissed eth top of Amelia's head. ”Do me a favour and bring the blanket inside. I am going to lay her back down.” Gabriel got up and walked back to the bedroom and laid her back down on the bedding and looked at Mayumi who was awake. After he laid Amelia down he lifted her up. ”Did you have a good nap?”

Mayumi shook her head yes and placed her finger to her lips indicating that she did not want to wake up Amelia. She pointed to the door that he came from and saw her father.

Gabriel carried her to Kazuki, ”Here you go. She's well rested now but I am sleepy so I will take a nap as well. It was a long journey and I would not doubt if everyone napped.”

Kazuki took Mayumi, ”did you nap well?” He lifted her up and she tried to hold in her giggles. ”Oh, that is right others are sleeping. We will go ahead and play while uncle naps.” He walked away and Mayumi waved at Gabriel.

Gabriel waved back at her and opened the door and found that Miyuki was about to knock. ”Perfect timing. I was just going to ask if you would be able to take care of Itsuki when he woke up. Since everyone is resting.”
