113 Trying to Talk (2/2)

It took her a lot of courage to approach Suzuki Kyou and try to speak with him. Also, he seemed to have recognize that she was not her twin sister Han Mei. She was sure of this, by just basing on how he was currently acting.

The door of the office opened. Assistant Ye went in, with a cup of chocolate and a plate of two donuts.

Han Mei's eyes brightened. Since Suzuki Kyou was so busy might as well eat first.

After the food was placed in front of her, Han Jie muttered a soft 'thank you' then immediately dig in.

It did not take long for the two donut to be devoured and disappeared into her tummy.

Unlike Han Mei who could not eat under pressure, Han Jie would eat more when she was so stressed. That is more so if the food is free.

Also, it was always in her motto to not waste food.

She was eating with enthusiastically, that Han Jie did not notice that the man who was supposed to be busy was looking at her discretely with narrowed eyes.

”Arg, so hot!” Han Jie after she attempted to drink the hot chocolate.

Assistant Ye chuckled. ”Don't rush. My boss is willing to wait for you,” He said teasingly. It was a good thing that it seems Miss Han is currently back on her original self.

The confusion could not be blamed with Assistant Ye as his boss was not able to explain things clearly. Yes, there was an issue with the Xie young master before when they had the man sued for trespassing, which is also the time Assistant Ye first time he saw the Han twin sisters, it still did not mean he could just distinguish the difference. That is the case since Han Jie was supposed to be acting as Han Mei most of the time.

The Han twin sisters, even thought the body weight is different, the difference won't be explicitly noticed unless the person looked closely.

Assistant Ye also would not bother to look closely unless his boss really wanted him to.

Why?

As someone who had been working with Suzuki Kyou for a while, Assistant Ye knew that if he stared at the correct Han Mei, his boss might make his life miserable. With that in mind, it was best to treat both Miss Han as his boss fiancé, and make sure that all is happy.

It is safe and can be considered as professional customer service.

Han Jie embarrassingly covered her mouth. She was in a hurry to drink the chocolate, cause, duh, its chocolate. Also, it's her way to release her frustration.

Aside from that, she planned to finish the food, faster than the usual so that Assistant Ye would leave. After that, she could stare at Suzuki Kyou until he could not bear it anymore. This way, he will talk to her sooner, right?

Who told her to hurt herself?

”Can I have, cold chocolate for the meantime? I will let this one cool first,” She said, feeling disappointed for not being able to finish the drink. 'Well, I can still drink it, later.'

Assistant Ye grinned. It was nice to know that he was dealing with the usual Miss Han who is very easy to please.

Probably the last time she was in the office, she was muddleheaded or just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Because of this she was asking cancel the engagement.

Assistant Ye was not sure if he should cry or laugh. Because that time, the documents that was damaged were already signed and notarized. Aside from that, the project cost billions!

So one could just imagine the things that he need to deal with to fix the said documents. Not to mention the fact that his boss was going all over the place that is not business related.

It was frustrating for a poor employee like him.

Assistant Ye returned with a cold chocolate drink that Han Jie happily accepted and happily drank it. The glass tall and there was foam and ice on it.

So good!

Han Jie wanted to ask for more as it's the best way to make her feel better. It would be good if their talk will go as she hoped for.
