93 Are You Gay? (2/2)

”What did you say?!” Han Jun cursed in annoyance.

Han Jie was really annoyed now, ”If you are not gay, then let me go shopping with my friend!” She shouted as she entered the room and closed it with a bang.

Everyone was speechless.

Han Jun's face was red from anger. Who wanted to be accused of being gay? Sadly he could not refute on that. After he dragged his shaky hand through his hair, Han Jun left and walked towards his room.

There was a very awkward silence between the people that were left in the living room after that…

Wang Jin had parked her car and few blocks away from Suzuki Kyou's place and stared out blankly across the road. Wang Jin stared hard at her fingers and wondered how her plan had backfired so badly.

How? How had everything gone so wrong?

Wang Jin had been very sure Suzuki Kyou had not known about the play the Han Corp had tried to pull on him. So what had changed between then and this morning?

She knew it most certainly wasn't because they told him. Han Corp had too much to lose if they had spilled the beans.

Besides, Suzuki Kyou hated liars and bothersome things like scandals. If he had known, there would have been a press conference this morning announcing the breaking of the engagement and subtle slights against Han Corp without any actual evidence that Suzuki Kyou had caused their downfall after the press conference.

So why wasn't that happening?

Wang Jin had been confident this morning that all things would work for her good. She'd been confident that she would be wined and dined by Suzuki Kyou by dinner how the tables have turned.

She leaned back against the car seat, her hands still gripping the stirring wheel tightly. Wang Jin screamed silently into the car as she tried to let go of some of her frustrations and anger.

Wang Jin stopped when she started feeling a strain on her neck and took a deep breath. She jumped, startled when she heard a knock on the window of her car. Wang Jin turned slightly and wound down the glass of her window.

”Hello,” Wang Jin said with a small smile at the policeman in front of her.

”Good morning. Is there a problem here?” The policeman asked, looking concerned.

”Not at all, officer, what makes you think so?” Wang Jin asked her smile remained firmly in place even as she cussed out the idiot who had called the police.

”I was passing by miss, thought you were screaming,” the policeman said, shifting from one foot to another. The woman in the car was really beautiful, and he was not so numb to such a good looking woman.

”Oh. I'm okay. I'm… I'm actually on my way to break up with my boyfriend. Just warming up, I guess.” Wang Jin said, her smile is dramatically dimming as if she is forcing it.

”So sorry, miss. I hope your day gets better,” the officer said, trying to console her.

”Thank you, officer. Same to you. Bye.” Wang Jin said with a small wave and drove off.

The officer was right. Her day was going to get better. It wasn't time to get mad. It was the time to get even. Wang Jin turned her car around and went back to Suzuki Kyou's place.

Maybe she could tail him today, and maybe she'll even get some dirt on the odious man finally.

A few minutes after she parked a little away from Suzuki Kyou's place at her usual unsuspecting spot, Suzuki Kyou walked quickly and with purpose out of his house to his car. He didn't even wait for his driver and took the fastest car in the garage.

Wang Jin grinned and started to tail him.
