She will be his fiancée and she will marry him. He would land the world on her feet then but right now she will walk the path he will shove her on. He was up for all her games but these tricks weren't something that really amused him.

He cupped the side of her face and pecked her lips, ”Sweetheart, in precise words, I have no obligations to move heaven and Earth for a quick weekly f*ck.”

Lei Xinyi stared blankly at him as all emotions stripped off her face.

How foolish! How foolish was she? How could she not realize when you made a deal with the devil you sold your soul! Now when he was her only anchor and she had thrown all her luggage in the sea!

She knew what he was saying all too well. If she was going to be just a random lay there was no need to move the heaven and Earth...

And it was common sense, he would be imprudent to do all this for her. She wasn't fooling anyone here. The only reason a man would do anything as such, it would be for a love interest or a prospect wife and if after all this he wouldn't ensure the woman permanency in his life he would be nothing short of a moron.

She glared at him instantly and clenched her fist, ”Remember this, you forced me.”

She made her point, this was her way of ensuring later when her other engagement was brought to light, she was free of all kinds of blame or responsibility. She warned him but he was insistent. ”You knew everything and even knew there were things you didn't know now, yet you cornered me to this.”

She took the ring and wore it on her ring finger and it fit perfectly. She picked the other band and slid in his ring finger.

She raised the back of her hand up and pasted an automated smile, ”Happy?”

He grinned at her sass as his demeanor took a fluid turn, ”Very.”

He took hold of the back of her neck and pulled her in, in a passionate kiss.

She was his fiance with all proper props now he needed to arrange a banquet for her calling every pest and weasel in the city so the whole world knew she was his, a surprise banquet that is!
