Opening her eyes all she was greeted with was darkness, and a metallic stench of rotten bodies immediately wafted in her hose churning her stomach, not being able to stomach the rotten smell, she emptied her guts adding to the foul reek.
The ground she was sitting on was sticky with foul smelling liquids. And the air was suffocatingly heavy with rotten flesh and blood. It was getting hard to breath.
Her throat was dry and it was hurting like hell. Every part of her body was aching with insufferable pain.
As she tried to move her body to a more comforting position, she heard a clanking sound and couldn't move her hands and feet. In an abrupt she realized she was shackled by metal chains.
Jiang Qiniqn felt her eye sting with tears as fear gripped her heart thinking of her situation.
She remembered she was sitting in her apartment after getting kicked out of the Li Corporation office and bawling her eyes out when she felt a presence of someone behind her.
Before she could react the person brought a cloth to cover her mouth and then she only remembers blacking out.
Mustering all the courage she had left in her body she calls in a hoarse voice, ”Is…Is anybody there?”
As she said that she heard footsteps echo in the surrounding that were moving closer in her direction. She heard the metal heavy mechanic door open and blinding light enters the room.
She saw a dark silhouette of a heavy man stand ahead of the door before her which was the only source of light.
Shaking from fear she asked the man, ”Wh…Who are you? Wh..Why am I here?”
The silhouette of the man turned his head in her direction and held out his hand which she didn't notice before but had a phone in it. He brought it to his ear and said, ”Tell Boss the b*tch is up.”
Shaking and struggling wildly in the shackles Jiang Qinqin started sobbing, ”Let me go..,. Please, I will do anything you ask. Please….”
The man standing didn't even bat an eye at her, turned away and the metal door slid back in its place.
Seeing the metallic door close sliding back in its place and the room again shrouding in darkness Jiang Qinqin shouted in hysterics.
”PLEASE… HELP ME! Don't leave me here …Please…” As the door closed further and further her cries became sobs.
She sat there in darkness, she could hear the squeaking voices of rats, hissing sounds of lizards and others she didn't recognize. Every sound was scaring the sh*t out of her.
Jiang Qinqin sat and sobbed for hours without another soul to witness. Jiang Qinqin resumed her whole life and tried to wriggle but nothing seems to work.
Although it wasn't possible to sleep in this gross place at all because the stench and creatures made sure to make her aware of their presence, but hours of crying and sobbing worn her out and she fell into a slumber.
Hearing the metallic door sliding back Jiang Qinqin got up with a start and sat up straighter, dreading what was to come.
